The Pig n whistle music pub

Absolutely amazing.
The entertainment on show was outstanding as well as great selection of drink available.

The first act was Dolton who was absolutely hilarious 10/10 would come see him again as he had me and my partner howling in laugher with his singer/comedian vibes.
The 2nd act was Jonny Hellraizer who played a great selection of songs all metal/rock music which I'm a huge fan of. The man behind the bar who I believe was the owner was great too and the vibe in the place was great.
I wish I found this place earlier as we was leaving Benidorm the next day.
Would 100% visit again. Bravo

Fantastic night out here a few times in the last year, staff are attentive and fun!
I highly recommend the heartbreaker duo, saw them in july, went purposely to see them again last week amongst other bands, never seen a bad band here so well worth the visit 😀

Had a laugh in this pub, Lee made time to chat to myself and my friends, quick service and great entertainment with the live singers great little place to visit it will definitely on my list to visit next time I'm in Benidorm.

I have had the pleasure of being a customer on my last two visits to Benidorm. I can honestly say that as far as staff,service and entertainment it couldn't be any better in my opinion. Love the place...will be back in May! Try and stop me lol!

An unexpected pre Christmas treat, were passing the Pigs Kitchen, quite by chance and thought why not. Fabulous Christmas Sunday roast served by lovely people, especially Lola and Helen, thoroughly enjoyable English experience. Recommended, super bueno, if the restaurant is full you can wait in the Pig and Whistle opposite.

Brilliant little pub, live music or entertainment and great priced drinks. Brilliant service too!

Saw this place mentioned on another website 😉 so we thought we'd try it.

Mainly male clients to start off with, but as the entertainment time grew nearer, the bar did fill up with more couples. We were lucky enough to have gotten a seat early on because by the time of the second act, it was standing room only. Drinks are a bit more expensive than your traditional Spanish bar but well worth it for the entertainment . ICE was the first act, followed by Heart Breaker, both well worth paying that little bit extra.

Bar staff were very friendly and attentive, regulars very friendly and comedic.

Will definitely be visiting again.

Ask for directions to the Pig and Whistle, you won't be disappointed. After visiting a nearby bar and having the worst pina colada of my life, we were directed here. What a find! Absolutely the best night of our holidays! Safe, friendly, lively with real drinks not overpriced slop. Highly recommended!

Called in again on Thursday night, just caught the last couple of songs from a Country and Western style sing. Following was Heart Breaker who we saw Monday night. Still rocked it well, but a similar set to Monday's set.

Yesterday, Friday night, we called in to see Elvis. To us, this is what's missing from our TV's nowadays, good, old fashion, no nonsense, close to the knuckle entertainment. Elvis was doing alright for a guy who died in 1977, singing requests, not only from his own catalogue but also from other well known singers. His Johnny Cash rendition was bloody marvellous.

We had the best seats in the house, a high table, and two high seats just in front of the pool table with unrestricted views of the stage between the columns.

The whole performance was a delight. It was like watching a montage of 1970's and 1980's shows all rolled into one. Mixed together we had, "Some bloke from Bolton on Stars in their Eyes, Freddie Starr impersonating Elvis, and the comedic touches of Tommy Cooper and Les Dawson."

Such a joyous evening all round, if this is your bag, get round to the Pig and Whistle. I think it closes Tuesday.

And gaffer, I don't think you're old enough to remember the 70's and 80's, but just keep doing what you're doing.

Love this place, Lee and Helen and the staff work hard to make this place what it is, very welcoming British pub with real ales on draft and bottles, great place for making new friends, will be frequenting again this month :)

Great bar, staff brilliant. Went on 3 different occasions and had bands or singers on every time. Friendly people,will be going next time am in Benidorm.
