Albir Garden Resort

Absolutely excellent , we was all inclusive .. the buffet was quality food , different variety and themes on different days , New Year’s Eve meal was really special no expense spared really went above and beyond for the guests. We had an apartment very clean and nice , cleaners do a top job , staff are polite and helpful , drinks was all premium good drinks. The entertainment on our last night was the man and lady doing the show where he is dressed as a gorilla , absolutely fantastic that was , beautiful albir and a excellent hotel

My family and I booked an all inclusive stay at Albir Garden Resort for a week. We had a great time here. At the start there was some confusion about in which rooms we had to stay, but the friendly staff helped us out getting sorted into the right rooms. The all inclusive aspects gives access to breakfast, lunch and diner, which are decent. Some days are better than others, but all in all we had a tonne of good meals with a lot of variety. There's also a lot of activities and there's multiple swimming pools, along with cool slides for kids (and adult kids :) ).

A special shoutout to the friendly staff at the bar, which is also included in the all inclusive. They are always very keen to help and will provide you in all your needs!

We had a great time at Albir Garden Resort and could recommend it to anyone.

We holidayed here for 6 nights, and what a brilliant 6 nights it was. Food: everyday was a different theme so food wasn't repetitive with a great variety available. I saw a variety of milks on offer, salads and gluten free options. Entertainment: different entertainment each night on a weekly rotation. Plenty going on during the day as well as the evenings. Information on food and entertainment all found on the hotels app so you know exactly what you're getting. Staff- all very friendly. Room - clean and in good repair. Location - near to shops, about 15 mins stroll from the beach with pedalos for hire.
The water park was included in our package so we spent a good few hours there each day. A great kid friendly hotel that I would be more than happy to return to

Absolutely fantastic holiday, rooms were spotless aircon was lovely and cold, the resort itself looked beautiful both in the day and night.

Food was lovely both from the
Buffet style restaurant to the bar dining options.

Entertainment every night at 9pm from bingo to quizzes and then a local act on stage and then karaoke.

Location wise the hotel is situated very close to shops, bars and restaurants even short walk of 15 mins to the local market on a Sunday. Also only a 10 minute taxi ride into the centre of Benidorm.

The resort itself is mainly flat and has lots of ramps access.

Loved it that much already looking to return next year 10/10!

Great holiday, 18 of us, for a wedding .
The hotel was great. the staff were super friendly. Clean room every day and the best chef making the best pizza 🍕 in albir. Will be back in February.

The staff make the place run well, from bar staff, entertainment staff.
One down fall are the kitchen staff, luke warm food.
The room kitchen has only one socket. On Tues 28th oct 2023 I ordered a cheese burger, it came cold and raw! I asked to see the manager but she kept speaking spanish and just gave me my money back.
Raw food is unacceptable.

staff were super super friendly. extra credit to a member of staff called Wesley! every day he was working went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome.
rooms were a bit outdated but doesn’t really matter because with the pools and entertainment there’s not much need to stay in them for very long. fantastic holiday!

We had a lovely week. The highlight is definitely the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. 100% booking again. Highly recommend!

Great peaceful location, rooms aren't that fresh but are comfortable, food choice was limited to other holidays that we have been on, but via the QR code you can see what the options are for every day lunch and dinner, bar area had a good selection of drinks on AI, it is only a 15 minute walk to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants, only criticism is the cleaners did not turn up every day

I'm amazed at how good everything was, considering how cheap it was.

The rooms were above expectations. comfortable beds, nice interior plus AC in the room.

The staff were both pleasant and helpful.

The resort itself was both fresh and clean, nicely decorated, the bar had everything you could think of for a good price.

This place is suitable for both groups and families with or without children. 11/10

Been here 3 times now, absolutely great for the family. Ok rooms are a bit dated but you only sleep in them. Plenty of choice on the food, even for the fussy ones..

Stayed at Albir Garden for a week,7th-14th August.Its our second year over.Last year we were SC,this year Full Board.
So to start with exterior:nice reception,restaurant and bar area .Lovely gardens with palm trees and neat, well kept alleyways.
There are 3 swimming pools,2 pool bars and on site Aqua park which is very nice(kids loved it)
Rooms are indeed outdated ,but clean and nice new mattresses. Basic kitchen utensils. The studio apts are nicer, but they have no kitchen.
Food in restaurant was actually nice: plenty to choose from at lunch and diner. No Qs or anything. Staff were very fast at clearing tables.
If any problems everything was quickly fixed.
Plenty of activities through out the day, for kids and adults alike.
Plenty of sun loungers available any time during day.
No need to wake up at 5am to reserve one. Thou there was the odd english that were up early to reserve the ones that were within an inch to the edge of the pool.🤣🤣 was actually funny to see them.
In the end i would like to commend all staff working there, they are really doing a great job, just to name few: Francesco in the restaurant, Marina at the bar -she makes the best Sangria👌,also Elena at the reception. Thanks guys,hope to see yous next year.

Had a great 2 weeks here with the family, food was great, plenty of choice with country themed meals, staff were brilliant and worked tirelessly all day everyday , only downside for me would be a decent shower pressure but hey ho not the end of the world... oh yeah and the pool stays open and life guarded til midnight, no inflatables which i think helps the lifeguards out good idea, plus they did a great job too, and the slide park was great too... also worth mentioning the entertainment which was great too, always involving adults and kids i all sorts of games and events... great place would

This is the last day of our family holiday 2023. Firstly let me address all the negative reviews across various platforms,these people need to stay in,close their windows and doors and draw their curtains. That said we have had a cracking 2 weeks, weather has been tremendous, food and drink plentiful in the restaurants and bars,themes nights thrown in for you to taste food from around the world. During the day the entertainment team carry out various activities to keep you going and entertained (Pool foam party is a must). At night there's always something going on with various acts across the week with also the never ending energy from the entertainment team. Benidorm is a 10 minute taxi ride away,cost us €12. Albir itself has plenty of bars and restaurants,from the resort it's about a twenty minute walk down to the beach,always worth a wee walk in the evening. In the whole I would definitely recommend the Albir Garden resort. Staff from checking in at reception to bar staff,waiters and cleaners, they couldn't be more helpful

Lovely hotel in small 3 storey blocks, deep adult pool, great kids pool, fabulous splash and water slide park, animation team very friendly and great at motivating people, lovely bar staff like Marta, Pedro and Diago .... would definitely go again

Amazing hotel. Great pools. Kids entertainment was outstanding they always had things they was doing with them even when the weather was so bad. Entertainment at night was also very good for both kids and adults. Will definitely be back again

Our family love this resort and having an aqua park on site is amazing. The food is good quality with staff on hand to explain for allergies. The staff appreciate attempts of speaking spanish. All the staff are friendly and the animation staff are amazing the kids love them they are so energetic and encourage the kids to join in. This is not a main English resort and mainly aimed at our European cousins so don't expect English food or roast dinners there is Benidorm for that. The kids had loads of fun and we will return next year

Fabulous holiday entertainment food drink amazing, really helpful always there if u needed anything 23 of us all stayed the kids were never bored, u can. Get bus right outside to benidorm, benidorm zoo is a must upgrade tickets too better experience, albir gardens is a must for a holiday, staff were amazing helpful friendly getting booked for next yr with another 11 people to add, brilliant holiday 100% xxx
