Cafe Portofino

This recently refurbished bar run by husband and wife team Valentino and Veronica is a fantastic bar. They serve tapas free with drinks always different and always delicious. There main menu is certainly worth trying. Good quality home cooked food at reasonable prices. We are regulars and will certainly continue to visit when we are in town.

Best fresh squeezed OJ and tostadas (manchego or jam or Cantabria anchovies). Pudín amouse bouche also a balanced greaty with the cafe.

The best white wine in Benidorm, lovely relaxing place mix of Nationalities. Staff cant do enough for you and even help with learning Spanish phrases. Our first port of call when in Benidorm

No place deserves 5*, as you can't put 4+*it gets 5. Been going to this restaurant for about 6 years now enjoyed the look on newcomers faces when they realise what a great choice they had made. From the outstanding personal service you get to the relaxing feel of the terrace type layout. Dogs are welcome on the outer section all day, but not in the aircon closed off section between 13:00&16:00. Presently refurbished now gives Valentino and Veronica more opportunity to serve food and drinks from an extensive menu that is scannable on your mobile device, a menu of the day gives great value for money. Open every day to put a smile on your face, most highly recommended.

Heel lekkere tapas, super lekkere cocktails en andere dranken. Prijs kwaliteit is ook zeer goed!
De bediening is super vriendelijk en snel.
Als je naar een echt Spaans café wilt met lekkere tapas, raad ik dit zeker en vast aan! Super gezellig plekje!

Fuimos a tomar café y estaba del 10. Zona de ambiente y trato excepcional. Lo recomiendo

Solo hemos estado en la terraza tomandonos unos cafes y licores. El servicio muy bueno, no hacian cremaets cuando habia salido como lugar indicado para ello, pero lo compensaron con un buen servicio. El ambiente del inserso, pero no se puede pedir más.

Tienen una amplia terraza para tomar algo al aire libre y ademas siempre te ponen algo con tu consumición.
Además la atención es muy buena.

Es una terraza muy acogedora donde te tratan de vicio, muy profesionales, cosa que por aquí se ve poco. Te acompañan con variedad de pinchos y Verónica siempre te atiende con su bonita sonrisa.

De lo mejor de la zona, puedes comer a cualquier hora y encima la cocina es muy buena. No hay menú, pero tienen una oferta de un sólo plato, que aparte de estar siempre bien rico, te quedas de sobra satisfecho. La camarera es súper trabajadora. Recomendable 100 %

Buen precio, buen género, los chopitos/calamares muy ricos. Buen servicio, amabilidad de las camareras y generosidad en los platos. La tapa para antes de comer un detalle(fingers queso con mermelada) y las golosinas de los cafés.
