ICO Museum

What a lovely museum (with a free entrance). We were strolling around the city and happened to pass by. These days they have a temporary exhibition on collective housing of XXI century. A lot of interesting to see, especially if you are interested in contemporary architecture models.

Free museum dedicated to photography and architecture. Brilliant curation. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the exhibit they had up when I traveled to Spain in November 2018. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Great museum, with exhibitions relating to architecture and art. Went for the Bleda and Rosa photo exhibition, ha a great and insightful time.

Always have very interesting and different exhibitions there. The entrance is free and a little bit hidden mear Sol.
Exbitions are usually related to architects, environment, nature, etc. You can easily spend there 1 hour. They have lockers and a book shop with reasonable prices. No bar.

Visited for the temporary exhibición on Amaneceres Domésticos . The instalaciones were conceptual and temática to the concept. But they could make it bilingual with options of English too. They have free reserved guided tours in Spanish

The building is great on its own, but exhibitions were super good. Together they make a perfect visit, if you like art of course. Also the staff was very helpful and english friendly👍

Fantastic gallery space. Most exhibits are related to architecture and are well curated. Admission is free.

Intimate space with great exhibitions that investigate the great real contemporary challenges of architecture

A terrific place to get in touch with good expos and, what's best, for free!! Besides, almost all the times I went there, it was empty. (Un?)fortunately, looks like it's a place that wasn't discovered by hordes of preposterous tourists.

This excellent exhibition of Joaquin Vaquero Palacios (until May 2018) will appeal to anyone with an interest in the mixture of art, sculpture, engineering, architecture and humanism. Very knowledgeable and helpful tour guide (in Spanish). Gracias ICO.

Little gem of a (free!) museum with a great exhibition on innovative housing design and construction.

Exhibitions are always very well curated. The Danny Lyon exhibition 'The Destruction of Lower Manhattan' is no exception.

A very nice place I was hoping to go to. I would recommend visiting this place so it is very wonderful and the tongue can not describe it. The shops here offer wonderful services and the customers accept this place for business

Great place right in the center of Madrid dedicated to exhibitions. In this case was Lacaton & Vassal architectes.

A small but beautiful museum. Has nicely curated exhibits about modern art and architecture.
