Apple Puerta del Sol

The Apple Store at Sol is by far one of my favorite Apple Stores in the world but also the Apple team in this location is very very warm and makes you feel at home!

This store is so amazing!

When I went to the store I noticed at first the beautiful architecture 🤩. And there was a amazing workshop ongoing, it was really interesting 👏 and all the waiters were really nice and super professional

On Friday is too busy to buy anything in the store there is a line to get what you want. The best way you can do is take what you need by buying by scanning the barcode and and go.

Dunia is an exceptional sales person. I wouldn't have made a phone purchase without her invaluable assistance. She meticulously explained every detail, demonstrating thorough preparation as she guided me through various aspects, from pricing details to available accessories in store. Dunia exhibited a caring and honest approach throughout the process, providing tailored advice based on my specific needs. Additionally, she suggested recycling my old, non-functional phone, offering to take care of the process through Apple's in-store recycling program. Her dedication and expertise made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Thank you Dunia!

Such a wonderful experience!!!! I bought online an iPhone 12, so I went to the store to pick the device up. Staff super friendly, very caring about health satisfy because of COVID19 but also super DOFG FRIENDLY. My dog was very welcome. Super dog friendly!!!! Big thanks for allowing dogs!!!! Love u all!!!

Before getting there, I got an appointment for my shopping session on apple web site. when I went to that beautiful historical building, they assigned me to an available table and a customer represantative came in 2 minutes. Before going there, as I already decided which model I would buy, so the total shopping session took just 10 minutes including getting the tax free invoice. Everything was very satisfying, I thank to all the staff, love Apple.
Ps: Without getting an appointment, It should be hard to find an available sales assistant as the shop is enermously crowded.

Great experience. As always Apple has delivered and given me the top customer experience throughout many of its stores world-wide; but today was special. The service of the genius bar was very quick, effective, and responsive to my troubles the which were fixed and given a new phone within a brief time. Lastly, just wanted to recognize the First Class service given by an employee named Eduardo, who went out of his way to help me and really made me feel like they cared truly for the customer.

Really nice apple store in the heart of Madid! The store is beautifully designed with all the electronics sorted into categories and placed accordingly. The staff are also very nice and are well informed, so that they know about all the products, even the ones not bade by apple. The prices are average for apple electronics, cheaper than apple online, but more expensive than amazon or ebay. I would reccomend going to this store to buy tech.

Consultants are professional and very knowledgeable. Layouts and design are always creative and give you that feeling of Apple energy. Natural Lighting always makes you feel better and more comfortable. Very simple and elegant.

Very helpful staff. I had my old MacBook recycled there. The process was quick and fully digital. The staff member, who helped recycle my old MacBook told that my old MacBook would probably reappear if we're in some parts in new other MacBooks in the future.
