Beautiful beach. 40 mins walk from Cala Galdana through a beautiful path in which you can visit numerous sightings spots. There is a restaurant a few meters from the beach - really nice food and drinks.

But there is one thing that is very strange for me - you can't get there by your own car... you have to leave the car in the city and take the bus. In addition, the bus is too expensive, it smells a bit like a scam...

One of the best beach in my view. Wild but with bar and all service. If you come from Ciutadella, you can park very close, but if you are in Cala Galdana, it is better to walk - it is around 40min walk by the coast so it worth the pain.

The most beautiful beach in the area ( in my opinion ) but you can not reach it by car (during the high season parking is not available) - there is a bus from Ciutadella city. You might also good tracking shoes. And take some water (it could be hot ). The most beautiful is path between Macarella - Macarelleta (Clif path). You should buy bus tickets in advance

Walked across the cliffs from Cala Gendala and found this beautiful beach.
Lots of other people seemed to like it also. Susy's bar & restaurant was the place for a snack or a beer. Perfect.😃😃

Nice place, beach between the clifs, acces is through the forest and busses comes from Ciiutadella many times a day. You can also walk here with the Cami de Cavals and continue to Cala Galdana. There is a bar with good food and drink and shover. Recomand this lovely place very much! I hope we return soon. ❤

Nice free beach. You have to walk a lot or come by boat. Not so overcrowded like turqueta beach

From Cala Blanca is 30 mins walk along the coast on a rocky path… shoes are better than flip-flop… really nice beach with a nice restaurant and free toilet… 10 mins from macarelleta too…

Very nice 2km-hike to 2 coves (1 is the little sister) and several breathtaking views.

The beach is amazing. To access this beach we walked from Gala Galdana about 40 min because we cannot find any parking near Macarella beach. It is one but was closed for small cars,open just for buses.

Lovely turquoise water, fish swimming around. Good quality restaurant. Small walk from Cala galdana. Bring sensible footwear but worth it.

One of the best beaches on the Mediterranean. Wonderful setting. Half an hour walk from Cala Galdana. But some 130 steps to climb back up to the top of the cliffs from the beach. Has a beach bar.

Great beach! There is a nice restaurant at the beach. Don't forget to hike to the nearby beach Macarelleta, which looks like a paradise!

Turquoise waters and white sand... There is a restaurant on the nearby beach but the most beautiful beach is this one!

Macarella is beautiful, it hasn't changed much in 12 years since I was there last the only problem now is that there is a very long walk down quite a steep track from the car park which is very busy on nice day's. It would not be suitable for less able people you would not get down in a wheelchair. Lovely cafe with nice food and the beach is lovely golden sand.

Great beach, reachable by a 20 min walk from Cala Galdana. It's not big so it gets full pretty quickly

One of the best beaches in Menorca. This year was full of posidònia, but macarelleta was s'ompli amazing

Easily our favourite beach in Menorca, beautiful water, plenty of fish along west, caves to kayak along east, and equally pretty Macarelleta next door - simplest way to get there was to drive to Cala Galdana (plenty of free parking) then walk 30min along the forest trail - much easier than waiting for bus services. It's well worth the walk, and can be done in flip-flops. Cala Galdana is well worth the visit too!

Another adventure, one of the most exciting one's. We woke up very early, to enjoy the sunrise in this magnificent place. Of course it went wrong, 'cause the sunrise it's impossible to see on the southwest side of the island 😂😂, however it was worth the 30 minutes walking just to visit this piece of paradise without anyone

Really cool beach!
Much less busy than cala galdana.
Annoying to get to by car and a bit of a hike from cala galdana.
