We booked a car via our Tui Rep. Booking and collecting the car was easy. Very nice car in excellent condition. Full tank of fuel, which is nice, asked to bring back full or they will charge for fuel used. At the end of the rental, to return car to their car park and pop the keys through a hole in the wall of their office. Simple. Great experience. Many thanks.

Great service. We rented a Vauxhall Corsa for three days through the hotel reception. The car was ready for the next morning. Fast, easy and friendly service. We would definately recommend using this service. The car was in great condition.

Great experience renting from this company. I did a lot of research and found that AutosMenorca had the best prices. I booked the premium version with full insurance so didn’t have to leave a deposit on collection. Pick up was easy and quick. The car was very modern with a large screen which you could connect with your phone for google or Apple Maps. It also had parking cameras and sensors which were very handy.
The service was friendly and drop off was very easy.

Only thing is the car was a little dusty on the outside but we didn’t mind.

Wouldn’t hesitate to rent with this company again.

Great service. Picked us up from the airport instantly and the whole process took very little time. the returning process was equally as quick and the van to take us to the airport was aslo there in less than 10m.

First time I have used this service in Menorca and the hire arrangements went very smoothly. The online booking was easy and very competitively priced. I was initoially concerned that the car was not actually at the airport but the instructions as to how we got to the car were clear and we were transported, in a 5 minute journey, to the car. The car was lovely and the car return procedure also worked smoothly. I will happily use this company again with confidence.

Booked car via third party, was a bit concerned about the deposit but in the end we chose to pay the comprehensive insurance that wasn't expensive and it included the baby chair + no more deposit required and no more inspection needed for scratches. x The staff at the reception was kind and spoke English. Our plane arrived late on a Sunday but we didn't had to wait long for the shuttle, as others said the pickup place is in the parking on the left. The reception was open with enough staff, no queue at all. Car was brand new, nice and clean. Highly recommended service.

Arriving at the airport, went to the meeting point and met a young and kind crew who took care of all paperwork in less than 5min. The car was in extremely good condition and clean. All info was clear in terms of procedures check-out/in and insurance. The default insurance was full coverage and there was no credit card blocking of a huge amount of money. Thank you for your service which I strongly appreciate and in the future will certainly take again.

I was in Spain visiting friends and family in early May and spent a week solo in Menorca for some down time. I found that this service was very dependable and exactly what I paid for. My car was ready at the airport and I was quickly checked in and on my way. Returning the car was easy and I was charged exactly what I was quoted.

Make sure you read the services they offer! To me, it was worth it to pay a little extra to have the car there and waiting at the airport in place of taking a shuttle into Mahón because there were quite a few people waiting to do that so they had to make multiple trips.

Did a lot of research into rental car places and potential insurance scams etc… I checked comparison sites and in the end booked directly on the autos menorca site.

The price was very reasonable and they were clear on the site that there was €900 euro returnable damage deposit required to be paid by CC. I purchased seperate insurance in the UK to cover this and then paid and booked the car.

When I arrived at the airport I was taken on the shuttle bus to the main office where the car was very easy to collect. All paperwork was ready (I even put the wrong return date, which they agreed to change last minute to save me a lot of hassle). No pressure sales tactics or anything like that. Just very simple.

The car was new, clean, reliable. We spent the whole time exploring with it and really enjoyed our trip because of having the car there.

We then went to drop the car off. Again a great experience, shuttle bus was there ready. The rep checked over the car, checked the fuel etc and returned all deposit back to us.

Overall a really great experience.

I used the car to go all over the island and it's definitely worth it, as most holiday maker locations in Menorca haven't really got much in terms of shopping or things to do.

Definitely worth renting a car for driving to a nice beach on other parts of the island, as well as the main centres for markets and shopping.

This is the second time I have used Autos Menorca/Owners Cars in the past couple of years. It is the easiest car hire company to use that I have found. There was no delay in collecting the car and absolutely no hassle about returning it. None of the 'discussion' about pre-existing damage or outrageous additional collision damage waiver insurance which is included in the Premium service.

Close office location to hotel. Helpful friendly staff. Vehicle exactly as ordered, in good condition and very clean. Very simple to collect and return with very prompt refund of deposit. Would definitely use again

my rental from Owners Cars was ideal - easy web site when booking, no queueing at collection, welcoming staff who did not try to sell me extras, easy car return - and competitive price. I will use them again when next in Menorca.

Very easy and fast handling with picking up as well as dropping the car off.
The only confusion was they don’t have an office at Minorca Airport. You need to go outside to a meeting point where the parking space is. Only 1-2 minutes walk on the right side. As we booked online and in advance we were registered on a list. A shuttle service brings as well to you to the office and where you pick up and return the car but also brings you to the office. About 5-7 minutes drive.
We recommend to check and record any damages. Also opening the car doors and checking inside.
The car was an upgrade of what we booked and we were very happy with it and with the service. Thnaks

Best car rental experience I had in my life!

Everything was smooth and efficient. The extra all-inclusive insurance was worth every penny. Only had to ensure refueling at the end which took a lot of worrying off my mind.

Had a reservation with OK which I booked before reading all the terrible reviews and at the end decided to switch to AutosMenorca/Owners Cars. Some people staying at my hotel swore themselves enemies of OK after bad pick up and were dreading the return. I think I made the right choice for my piece of mind.

My only comment was the cleanliness of the car. The interior was fine but the exterior was dirty! Yes, there was some drizzle and rain which in Menorca means rain+mud falling but still, they should have a water-jet in place and give the cars a quick rinse before delivery. That will make a difference

Were collected from the airport and driven 5 mins to main office to pick up car. Transfer was quick. Staff happy to help when one of our suitcases didn't arrive (which contained a child booster seat) they let us have a booster seat for free which was nice (i did have paperwork from airline to prove case went missing). Car was lovely and fairly new. Drop off on airport was very easy (similar to meet and greet). Will use again!

Really quick and easy transfer from airport to collection/drop-off point. Fast processing and straight into vehicle. The car was good but ensure you do take photos of your vehicle as soon as you get to it (there was a little bit of damage not noted on the contract note!). Great service and would use again in Menorca.

I have used this company on many occasions (3 times this year alone) and I have had no issues. Goos cars, prompt service and friendly staff. I keep going back so I must be happy.
