OK Mobility - Aeropuerto Menorca

I was worried having read some of the reviews after booking, BUT it was a FANTASTIC experience. Caught the courtesy bus from across the road (to the left) at the meeting point. A short drive to the pick up point. Had a small delay collecting the keys because there were 2 hirers in front of us who couldn't tell the difference between a debit and credit card! Our own check in was smooth and trouble free (Marian I think) We were offered an upgrade, but no pressure at all. We took the upgrade as it was a lovely brand new, roomy hybrid (Lynk and Co 01) well worth the additional £10 per day. We returned the car as advised, went straight to returns, car was visually checked. They confirmed that the deposit held would be released and signed off. Short trip back to the terminal. Would DEFINITELY use again

Ordered a Fiat 500 and when we went to collect the car was offered a 4 door Corsa automatic at no extra cost. Couldn't refuse, very nice.

But collection is a very slow process.

Pick up was a pain in Menorca but drop off the vehicle and the customer service when I left my wallet in the car was exceptional.

Great experience, paid extra to upgrade to a Convertible. Fast pickups from airport and drop off was instant. Car had quite a lot of damage when we picked it up, so we were a bit concerned about missing some of it on the initial form, but was returned with no issues.

Way cheaper than other alternatives and really friendly staff!

The deposit is large, so do make sure you have a big limit on your credit card.

It was a very smooth experience from start to finish. We were a little concerned with the mixed reviews beforehand but I’m very happy we decided to go with them. We were given a brand new Audi A1, which was great to drive and a special mention to Blanca who advised us so well when collecting the car. I would definitely recommend them for your car rental in Menorca.

The best rental car company on Menorca! All went through very quickly, the pick up as the drop off. The staff is so professional and helpful. Charlie explained me all the conditions, he advised me about all the restrictions and even though he told me where I should watch out for the radars. And the car itself was comfortable, exactly what I expected. As I didn’t take the insurance, I had thousand euro blocked on my credit card as a guarantee which has been returned on the next day after the end of the rental. Just marvellous! I never had it back so quickly!!!

Nothing to complain, great service.
We booked Peugeot 208 manual in the cheapest plan (no full cover, 9.-12.6.2022, 3 days for 135€) and we got bigger Seat Leon manual. We were lucky that we were one of the first customers that were brought by bus from the airport. At the same time there were about 20 people to picku up a car and the place got busy. They only asked for 1200€ deposit on my credit card, no fuel deposit or fee, just normal fair full-full policy. The only thing you must be careful: they gave us a paper and sent us to our car to observe and mark all scratches. You mark them by yourself on the paper and you better mark as many scratches as possibly see, take photos and watch for everything if you don’t have full cover. When scratches are marked on the paper you bring it back to the staff and they give you a copy… and you can drive! When returning car their employee checked the car and scratches very carefully. He was fair and polite but very strict about the car, checking the paper from pick up day comparing it with the car :) But again, I cannot complain, they gave us nice new car and everything was OK. I booked the car directly from their website where you can get some discount for registering.

Fantastic experience at OKMobility Menorca. When we arrived, we were looked after immediately, we did a quick signing process and got given the keys. The car was clean, nice and as expected. The lady even opened the workshop door so that we could fit the child seat in the light as we arrived at night. When we returned the car, they were equally as efficient and within ten minutes of us leaving the car, it was getting cleaned for the next people. We then got their shuttle to the airport and my daughter left her sunglasses on it. At 3 years old, this was completely the end of the world for her but the driver brought them back to us after we spoke to another driver who was extremely helpful and called him. I don’t have a lot of time at all for car rental companies due to being ripped off by Goldcar and another company in Italy but OKMobility really did go above and beyond. Thank you to the driver of the shuttle and the check in staff for a quick and hastle free process. MUCHAS GRACIAS.

Great hire car company and great service. As with most budget hire car places the cars are off airport with a free shuttle, and a large deposit has to be left by Visa or MC credit card.

Comments people put very wrong l got frightened with the.remarks, but this company very good l had car , at top of range Citroen , everything very smooth. Drop of great,

I am surprised to see so many bad reviews of this rental company. We had a flawless handover (the counter guy was a bit grumpy, but so was I), the car was clean and new, baby seat was provided as requested and pricing more than fair. Would definitely book there again.

Perfect service. Pick-up from airport was ready on arrival. Car was ready and was very clean and in perfect condition. Drop off was very smooth and efficient too. And timely drop off to the airport. Highly recommend. We were given a hybrid car which was very economical to drive throughout the island.

OKmobility was waiting at the airport for us when we arrived and took us to the car hire centre. Took out extra OKmobility own insurance so that the vehicle was fully covered and we didn’t have to leave the £1200 deposit. The only deposit we left was £100 which was to cover fuel in case we didn’t return the vehicle full. Dropped the vehicle back at the end of our holiday and the deposit was returned. OKmobility then dropped us back off at the airport. I would highly recommend this company if you are thinking of hiring a vehicle, very easy with no fuss.

Everything perfect. We got the car fast, we gave it back even faster. The Shuttle to the airport worked fine.

Fast shuttle bus transfer. Picked up the car and on the road within 20 minutes. Victor made the whole process pleasant and smooth. We liked our Seat Ibiza. Drop off easy and fast, shuttle to the airport no problem. We will use OK Cars again.

I was a bit nervous initially so only paid the holding deposit before arriving after reading the reviews. However the service was fantastic from all the team. The instructions to the shuttle are easy to follow, you may have to wait a couple of minutes whilst they drop others off. On entering the building grab a number as this is how the queue works. If you are picking up a car you will either need a credit card in the main drivers name with a credit limit of a little over €1000. Or, alternatively if you don't have a credit card you can take out the full insurance which is approx €180 but non refundable which will add to the total cost. I think this second option is where people have problems with the company. Drop off was next door and only took a couple of minutes and deposit held on the credit card returned quickly! Will be using again!
