Grand Luxor Hotel

Amazing hotel for mountain bikers and cyclists. Great bike facilities incl. lockers, washing place, bike stand and tools
The location is amazing for cycling due to its vicinity to trails and tranquil roads.
The food is amazing - fresh, varied and delicious.
The staff is extremely friendly.
The views are stunning!
All in all it was a perfect bike holiday at the costa Blanca.

Very beautiful hotel. We were staying for two nights in different rooms. The first room was super beautiful, big, view was to the Mountain( the room was super cold and the air conditioner didn't even heat the room.) Then for the next night we stayed little smaller room but the view was to the see. So that one was super warm the sun heated the room and felt super cozy during this time of the year. Maybe for summer time the rooms that is facing to the see can get little hot so that is someting i just wanted to mention. We also were little disapointed that the spa was closed since the spa is inside of the building it would have been nice it to be open. But the hotel area is super big and clean, beautiful. Has a big park that is open during the summer time. Its super cool for families and couples .

We stayed here for 3 nights in April. The hotel itself is very grand as the name suggests. Rooms are clean and spacious.
There was a large buffet breakfast with loads of options.
We used the pool on the side of the hotel, there is another at the front. It was cold but you need it in the heat. There is a bar by the pool which also serves bar type meals.
The hotel itself is quite a way from the town itself and there is not a lot else nearby. We did receive free tickets to Terra Mitca on the back of the hotel but unfortunately it was only open weekends.
The hotel was very quiet when we stayed.
The staff speak very little English, we were not worried by this as we are learning the language and the staff were great with helping us learn and we managed with what we knew. It was great practice.

we wanted to stay for one night but prolonged for one more. Great rooms, very clean, incl perfect bathroom. We had the cheapest room category but still all quite spacious. Were also treated nicely. Breakfast with big choice and mostly fresh products, also fresh fruits etc. Very attentive personnel, very helpful, treat children very nicely. Also during dinner. Terribly expensive if you pay in addition, second night we did as half pension so was better price wise. Also dinner with a huge buffet, big choice, also many different cheese etc. During the first night the bad experience was a fire alarm. Presumably due to drunk people whom we had heard returning an hour before or so. The hotel staff should probably not let have them in, as they must have been horribly drunk (also vomited on the corridors, what we saw in the morning, but staff cleaned it within five minutes). Maybe the hotel should have offered some discount for that treatment they did not prevent - but easily could have. In any case, we stay with five points as the overall experience was still very good.

Good quality hotel. Well deserved 4 star.
Quality rooms with balconies. Views of either theme park or Benidorm. Good gym and pool. Spa experience (extra cost). Convenient underground parking with large spaces.
Good quality and range of food in breakfast and evening buffet.

The view was incredible just sitting at the balcony. The reception was really kind to answer everything such as the WiFi password. In addition, the cleaning was perfect including the floor, bed and bathroom. There are lots of facilities you can enjoy. Recommend to live this hotel when people visit Alicante!

We visited the Grand Luxor Hotel all the way from Bristol, United Kingdom.

We were lucky that our work decided to use this hotel’s huge facilities to host a lot of us at the same time but also all the cars that the event of our work required.

I can’t express with words how kind and professional all the staff were at all times. Please understand the event was Huge and multiple of different groups were visiting the facilities and staying over for a total of 6 weeks.

Everything was so efficient, the rooms were lovely, the breakfast, lunch, and dinner all had a lot of choices to choose from and with lot’s of flavours.

Their rooms were extremely clean and huge!

Will definitely consider visiting this hotel sometime in the future for a personal trip to Spain!

Lovely hotel as you'd expect for 4/5 stars . The staff were very friendly. The rooms were spotless. There was free WiFi. There was also entertainment outside until 12am for kids and adults there was lots of seats available. A very large pool at the side with various depths for small kids with lifeguards on duty. There is a small " kids only" pool available also. There is a small Mini golf course there for kids, Great view over looking benidorm town below. The food in the restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice for all meals , check if its cheaper to pre book the half-board deal online beforehand , otherwise it will be about €112 for 2 adults & 2 kids for the food if you pay when you arrive. Basement Parking is available and the car spots are very wide to suit any vehicle. Entry to terra mitica theme park is possible from the rear of the hotel directly into the park (no queues).

Nice hotel good spacious room. Only thing I would pick out is that no Ironing board in rooms. Fantastic food lunch and dinner

This hotel is amazing:the room and the toilet are comfortable, the view from the balcony is stunning! I appreciated the free toothbrush and hair conditioner, which are rarely given in the hotels. The buffet dinner is also very tasty, and there are plenty of choices for every taste. I wish I could stay longer!

Stylish rooms, a good selection for breakfast and unlimited access to Terra Mítica, Mundo Mar and Aqualándia is included. They also have a kids club and entertainment every evening.

Very beautiful and new hotel. Everything was just perfect during our stay: room, view from room and balcony, food, staff always smiling & welcoming, swimming pool, service quality, animation... With advantage of free parking & attraction parks tickets provided.
I'm very pleased with staying there, would highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel, lovely pools, staff, food. Night and kids poolside entertainment great, the girls even spoke the pool games in English 👍had an amazing 4 days!

Wonderful hotel, helpful staff. It is recommended to book a suite instead of a small room, it is not expensive and the rooms are wonderful. Located outside of Benidorm city center but next to Terra Mitica. For each day you stay you get free tickets to Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mondomar which are all worth a visit! By staying there you save a lot of money on tickets. Fantastic view of the city and the sea!

Wonderful hotel just needs a little TLC around a few minor things such as some of the artificial grass.. but great stay..a bit out of the way from town as well

Gorgeous hotel!!I couldn't fault it in any way other than its just a bit far out to the bars.. but weighing up a beautiful hotel with a taxi ride, to a tacky hotel and a walk I would definitely go with Grand Luxor Hotel again without a doubt!

Grand Luxor Hotel is a lovely place .We booked for 14 days .2 children and 2 adults .The hotel is near the parks Tera Mitica and Iberia Park .We had breakfast included on to our booking the breakfast was absolutely delocious with a whide range and lots of food to choose from .Also we had diner I had the Cesar Salad and the children spaghetti Bolognese absoluty delicious .The staff was very lovely in the hotel ,outside there is 2 pools with in the area of the hotel .One biger and one smaller .The life guards are placed mostly on the big one pool and they all different soeme cares about rules like not to use floaters or snorkel in the pool or to jump and otheres dont really mide what you do how long you ok .I must say we got told off for using a water ring in the pool weird because it clearely shows on the policy just big floters and we only got told off on our secund week at the end of our holiday which made me very uncomfortable so at this point i decided to book the car till the end of our holiday not to say about our pink water ring going missng from our room .Apart of that everything was absolutely amazing .Thank you to all the staff from Grand Luxor hotel you are absolutely amaxing x

This is how a hotel should be located right beside theme park efficient service newly refurbished rooms and spotless clean could not fault

Awesome rooms nice stuff but we had a slight problem: In the middle of the night (around 00:00)the fire alarm went off without a reason but the rest is awesome.Its a nice addition of having 2 free tickets!
