Hotel Presidente

Very nice hotel for the area. Great pool. Good rooms and great breakfast. In the middle of the nightlife area, 5min walk to great beach. Our room was 2 floors above the (good fun) cabaret bar and we could hear loud music until 1am every morning, but didn’t really bother us to be honest.

Great hotel, terrific friendly staff who are all welcoming and friendly, an asset to your hotel. Great selection of food at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, restaurant manager Dani is also friendly and pleasant, Just like the rest of his staff in the restaurant.

Fabulous Hotel and Staff. However I think the cooked food needs an upscale to keep in line with the other options. Also there are not enough lifts for the size of the hotel. 3 lifts which only serves 6 (thin) people at a time

At the heart of Benidorm. Near all the buzz, but close door & block out all the noise. Food always fresh & something for everyone. Staff polite & helpful. Pool area very good with lots of beds, umbrellas and great pool.

First time attending the wondrous Philippines 10 Room floor shows, each hour a new act. First Rod Stewart, then I'll Divo,then Freddie Mercury then all popular male Motown artists. Pure joy! Come to Benidorm, come here and experience the passion of their roster of talent. Plus Estrella beer is just €5 for 2 bottles! I love this venue.

Everthing brilliant about this hotel apart from evening meals. Not enough choice, food repeated at each station. Food that was available was good just not enough choice. We stayed there 5 night and ate out 3 evenings. If we stopped agian it would be bed and breakfast, this time that wasn't available when we booked.

Fantastic hotel, 5 -7 min walk from the beach, we had a pool view, so had the sun on balcony most of the day
The food was excellent, and there were plenty of choices, the rooms spotless shower was divine.
Staff were extremely helpful, and nothing was too much trouble
Nightlife approx 10 min walk, will definitely be going back to this hotel next year

Forgot to say has a games and TV room ,wifi is free with no problems, and 2 computers which are also free in the library
Safe in room costs for 7 days was 20 euros

What a lovely hotel everything spotlessly clean. Food could not be faulted and all staff work tirelessly to make sure you have a good experience also the entertainment is brilliant. Cant wait to go back for another enjoyable break.

We stayed here for 5 days and it was the most friendly hotel we've ever stayed in. The hotel was outstanding room where very clean and thay whee done every day perfect location the food was outstanding aswell.

Fantastic rooms, service, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant and food very good. Service second to non waiters and waitresses did everything they could to make the dining experience a good one, especially aurelia, and Stephania stood out like shining stars, attentive and warm and friendly we'll done it was much appreciated by us. Overall we would come back and stay again. Thank you all for making our holiday an enjoyable experience.

It was my first trip to Benidorm. I wasn't sure what to expect. We chose the Presidente Hotel on the recommendation of our friends. It exceeded our expectations on all levels. Checking in was quick, bearing in mind we arrived with a bus load of other sun seekers. The next surprise was the room. It was spacious, with a large balcony. If it wasn't for the towering Don Pancho hotel. It would have had a great view. But as we had a sea facing balcony, it does get sun for most of the day. The bathroom is large and luxurious with a large walk in shower. Yes you have to pay for the use of the safe, €20 for our visit. But that is the industry norm. One thing to watch out for is the tea and coffee supplied in the room. On arrival you given a complimentary offering of tea and coffee selection and a couple of milk pots. This however, will not be replaced for free. You can ask for it, but you will be charged around €20 for the week for this. Probably better to take your favourite brand with you and buy milk at one of the local supermarkets and keep it in the fridge in your room. Where else would you keep those cheap largers and wine cool that you bought whilst out for the milk. And use of the fridges is free if you were wondering. The lifts were quick to come, but we did notice a few people baffled by having to press your floor number when hailing the lift. Not a major inconvenience as some people made out. We didn't make use of the gym or pool, but the areas looked well kept and spacious. The ground floor bar had entertainment and served food until 7pm. I thought the offerings were good and well priced. The restaurant far exceeded my expectations. The food was varied and of a good quality. Each day would offer up some of the usual suspects, but there were always featured dishes, be it various pasta option, carved meat and yes as one of the other reviews said a curry and kebab night. But not every night as they suggested. Salad and deserts were impressive and we'll presented. Breakfast was a smorgasbord of options from hot to cold, full English to continental. You could even start the morning off with a cheeky orange juice with Cava, for free.
The Phillipines 10 show bar in the basement was a pleasant area with waiting staff who were quick to sort your drinks orders out, and very friendly. The acts are the same that rotate around all the other hotels. Some are excellent, some not so. But that's not the hotels fault, take that up with the booking agents. On the whole I rate this hotel highly for all the reasons above and it's location is superb. You won't be disappointed.

Great location for all amenities. Good food and lovely rooms. The only negative was we thought the restaurant was understaffed but the ones there were all very friendly and helpful and did an excellent job

The best so good have booked again , food,entertainment , staff were brilliant

Could not fault this hotel except for one thing. The service at the pool bar was sometimes a bit slow.

The location is fantastic and the quality of the Hotel is excellent.
The Cabaret bar is probably one of the best around.
We've been coming here for a few years now and particularly since the Hotel was refurbished in 2018 we wouldn't go to any other.

Called in to check the entertainment for that evening.
Lovely clean hotel.
Had drinks there with friends that were stopping there last week.
They rave about the hotel.

Don't stay here as we have a house in Spain but love to pop in for a coffee ... Very clean place and great service
