I liked the ambiance of the restaurant, the service was great. Cold beer, maybe the croquettes wasn’t the best I tried in Spain but they were ok. Complementary ham and cheese, the grilled octopus tasteful. I recommend this Restaurant.

This oxtail was flavorful and tender! Meat came off the bone and the bones were so flavorful! The papas were crispy and soaked up the delicious gravy. The cheesecake was also very good with the fruit topping.

Starting with a fries from the house. sangria is the best I ever had in the town. Ordered grilled pepper was sweet, garlic prawns were so fresh, paella filled with many seafood ingredients, Oxtails were soft and tender with fresh fries with the perfect hint of salt. Recommended to eat here. Very impressive tasty. Gave many thumbs up 👍 👍

Always busy with locals, which is a good sign. 2230 dinner visit. Garlic prawns were superb, calamari really good. Patatatas with 3 salsas was a very generous portion. Wines very reasonably priced and very good. With a liqueur and a Brandy just 54E. Recommended.

It was almost 9 pm, we tried to go to Las Bravas and it was super super busy and I was getting hungry so we went to Venta El Buscon. We got a table and there were still a couple tables open too. We started off with a glass of Sangria which was amazing. Then we got some free tapas of crackers, cheese, bread and ham. We were pretty hungry so we ordered 6 Croquettes. Then we ordered Papas Bravas with three sauces: barbeque, garlic aioli and a salsa like dip. Lastly we got a Spanish Tortilla. My favorite was the Croquettes and the Papas Bravas. I think overall we just ordered too many potatoes because the omlette had it as well! Nice server and good food, it was a great first meal in Madrid.

Amazing restaurant in the centre of Madrid, food quality is excellent and all the dishes were very tasteful and delicious. Maria offered great service, she was very nice and welcoming. We really recommend this place, tasteful experience of southern Spanish food.

Delicious! Came for dinner wanting seafood. We ordered the garlic shrimp, tortilla, and calamari. It was enough for 4 people. Also, the sangria (red) was refreshing. Service was attentive and fast. Everyone was perfect!

Best restaurant with great vibes. Great for birthday celebration. Seafood paella is only after 8pm though. Look for the bald guy as he communicate well in English. His service is great too. Even warned us that we ordered too much. Overall, food is delicious. Value for money. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Spanish food with premium ingredients at an incredible price. 14€ for a substantial entree, main, drink and desert resulted in a delightful feast.

Recommend the tempura vegies and prawns for entrées, ox tail and lobster rice for mains. Veal steak little tough. Sangrias were delicious.

Service was also excellent and tourist friendly.

Really good restaurant in a busy district. I came on the recommendation of a museum tour guide and wasn’t disappointed in any way.

This was our favorite place on our trip! Starting off with food, it was delicious, steaks prepared perfectly, and it's very cheap. It was crazy busy but we still got the full attention of the waiters and they were very helpful. Atmosphere is so vibrant, place is decorated nicely, looks like a historic place, and both crowd and waiting staff is making the atmosphere as you'd expect. We went back again to eat here but unfortunately it was closed.

Excellent place, delicious food and very reasonable prices in the area. The portions are huge, keep in mind when ordering. One dish is enough for 2 people. We tried the Calamari and the oxtail, it was tasteful.
Service is good and quick 🙂
Went in January 2023.
Highly recommend it! ❤❤

A cosy place with interesting atmosphere. Visited for breakfast and enjoyed the traditional tomato and olive oil on toast which is a must to try out. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a great surprise.
