Restaurante Casa Paco

How can there be no ratings? This is a very old and wonderful restaurant. My wife came her as a child 52 years ago. Steaks, chops, and other meat, veggies and traditional Spanish fare simply but brilliantly done. Highly recommended.

The service was good, the food was pretty good though not stellar. A little pricy, €40-50 per person.

I ordered a half bottle of Rioja wine, and a steak, which is Galician, the best beef in Spain. The steak is cooked to medium and served on a hot plate, so that you can cook it more to your liking. It was an interesting experience.

Great place to have a caña or a tinto, few places left like it, they always serve the tapa with chicharrón and roquefort cheese

I Love and miss Casa Paco. I remember my Father taking me to eat there. I really miss my Father. He was Born in Madrid Spain. He was transferred to Texas to work. He past away in March of 2009. I miss him so much. Anyway I really missed eating there the food is the Best in the world. I remember my Father cooking and the smell. My god I miss that. Casa Paco has the best food and the staff is so so friendly and professional love the service and the people that I call my Family of Madrid... I can't wait to try to go back to Madrid. I miss everyone there. I truly Love my heritage..... Again Casa Paco is the Best. Love Always Jimmie

This place oozes old Madrid charm. Everything about tapas here is old school from the vermut de grifo (best in the neighborhood) to the patrons to the dudes behind the bar to the tapas, which are so simple you might think they are some kind of weird joke--until you taste them. Try the chicharrones, which are basically just a one-inch cube of cured pork meat served with two slices baguette and are quite possibly the best drinking food ever.

The waiter doesn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish, so we communicated with hand signals and writing numbers on small pieces of paper. This contributed even more to the great experience of eating in this restaurant.

Perfect steak in a authentic and special environment.

Simply the best beef I've had, with the possible exception of the Beef Baron in Botswana. Service is fine (though probably helps to speak Spanish) and true 'old Madrid' charm.

I went to medical school in Madrid fro 1966 to 1972 and saved every penny to eat here Never disappointed Tokk all visitors here and food great and Bull fighters eat here frequently You eill not be disappointed

A great place for excellent beef, cooked rare but left on the very hot plate, it cooks to your desired temperature.b
