Luxury hotel!! The room was amazing and very clean. We didn't have slippers in the room and didn't ask the reception because it's not a big deal but if you want slippers in the room, you should check it in advance.
The breakfast was the best quality I've ever had.

Lived up to its reviews from former guests, rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, well appointed and plenty of space. The breakfast was lovely, a large selection of fresh produce etc. Its about 15 minute walk to the main area ( Cathedral)

Honestly a 5 star review hotel- 6 star if it was possible. The breakfast was really full of good product, complete. Staff is loveable, helpful. The room are quite spacy. And there is an inside / outside swimming pool, large enough, and a complete gym room, with all necessary equipment. Will be back for sure

After completing a challenging week walking the Camino, it was a satisfying "reward" to ourselves. The room was clean and well furnished, the bed&pillows super comfy, and the shower/bathroom area spacious and relaxing-a well earned respite for a tired traveler to rest, recover and rejuvenate. Of course, as a 5-Star hotel, it offered all the amenities you'd expect - massages included (though normally needs booking in advance). The breakfast buffett was sumptuous, and the seating lobby ambient and welcoming for folks to chill and reflect on their Camino expereinces. The lemon-infused water in the lobby was a nice touch. For those peregrinos looking to end their journey on a high-note (which should be all of them, you are deserving and worthy 😊), the stay here is highly recommended, even for just 1 or 2 nights.

This is a good 5 star hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are of a good size. They are clean and practically designed. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of tempting food, both local Galatian and international. The location of the hotel is about a 15 minute walking distance from the old town of Santiago Di Compostela (which is no fault of the hotel) but this is a consideration for elderly or physically impaired visitors. However, an efficient taxi service is readily available to and from the town centre. The hotel is located in a pleasant and peaceful location close to parkland.

I would particularly like to thank and praise the Guest Relations Officer, Astrid Silles. She assisted me with navigating the complexities of airline online check in. She spent time and was patient, kind and helpful. Thank you Astrid!

What a beautiful, comfortable hotel! The pool, sauna and stem room are wonderful to relax after a day walling and exploring this amazing city. The staff have been wonderful! The food absolutely amazing. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Dog friendly hotel. Great, helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. A short 10 minute walk from the Cathedral. Free parking. The huge buffet breakfast is well worth the money and sets you up for the day. The swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath are perfect to relax in after a long day of walking around the enchanting city. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is very nice, the room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Everything was provided to make my stay a very pleasant one, the mini fridge was stocked with nice drinks and some snacks. The staff were very attentive and nice. The pool and sauna were a nice thing to have.

The very best thing about this hotel is its staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful and they are going out of their way to make you feel welcome and safe. Rooms are spacious and beds are extremely comfortable. If you come by car, this is perfect, as you can park there comfortably and then just walk to the old town. Also the gym and spa and pool area are great. Would definitely stay here again.
Just one thing, which surely has more to do with the hotel chain and not this property per se, is that several amenities and basics have been removed with the excuse of COVID, however they are clearly methods for saving costs, such as removing the body lotion from the amenities. Not a big deal but a bit cheeky.

Excellent hotel.
We were on a touring holiday that ended in Santiago where we spent three nights, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. The room was really spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities we wanted. There was even a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle with other supplies which is unusual for Spain. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge choice so something for everyone. I asked about gluten-free options and the friendly staff brought me sliced bread, a roll, cake and biscuits, whereas in most hotels I am lucky to get anything. The location was really good for all the visitor sites, not in the centre of town but easily walkable.
My husband used the gym and said it was very good, there were also two pools. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely modern comfortable rooms. Bathroom has 2 sections. Modern lobby and big dining room suitable for massive groups. The food for our group dinner was excellent and service was very good. This is a top notch hotel very close to all you want to see.

Loved the place, so classy. Close to city center and the cathedral by walk. Will come back again to try the swimming pool. Really comfy room and bed, enjoyed the shower too. Freshly made bake and breakfast cooking on demand if you want some scrambled eggs or omelet.

Though I wish the wifi was a bit faster, I loved the hotel room layout, the cafeteria and lobby was definitely 10/10. The employees were very kind when I checked in. I also was very happy with the kettle to boil water in the room definitely a nice touch.

I would be delighted to stay at this hotel the next time I visit Santiago Compostela.

Great quiet location. Welcoming friendly staff. Multi-lingual staff on hand 24 hours on reception. Great restaurant and leisure facilities too. Recommend for family break. 10 minute walk from Cathedral and old town.
