Bar La Tita

The food was so delicious. The service was great. Staff members speak Spanish as well as English. When you order beer, it comes with a tapa de tortilla. I highly recommend trying the Tarts de Santiago. Can't wait to visit Bar la Tita again.

Free Wi-Fi, a generous snack with your drink and wonderful zamburiñas.
Also - they serve the lunch menu throughout the day (I had my zamburiñas at 9 am!)

Great for potatoe-omelet and local cousine. A warning: The first 'tapa' or 'pincho' included with the beberage is potatoe omelets, so don't order at the beginning. The dishes are really generous

Best bar in Santiago, the beer, the tortilla and pulpo 🐙 everything was perfect. The bartender Eduardo was super attentive. Would recommend to anyone who is heading to Santiago de Compostela 🇪🇸🫶🏽

If you order a glass of beer you we'll get a pintxo de tortilla and bread. The tortilla doesn't contain onions as the usual spanish tortilla, it's only eggs and potatoes so it's safe even for those with alliums intolerance. Price: around 2.70 euros.
I ordered a 🍺 + 1 plate of polpo a la gallega (bread incl) and paid around 21.50 euros. The portion was enough for 2 people. It's not the cheapest place but the food was good and if you can eat at the bar you don't have to wait for a table.

Awesome bar in the city center, their tortilla tapas are amazing and go for free with every drink. The waiters are super welcoming and friendly. The place is buzzing in the evening, so better get in early

Whenever you pass by you MUST enter, order a beer (caña) and get a free delicious portion of omelet

Great tortilla, octopus. Delicious food, very busy loud place. If it’s about the good and a Spanish tapas bar , this is the place to go.

This bar is incredible, best tortilla I’ve tried in my life, I had the octopus and the Zamburiñas and both were absolutely delicious. As always you might need to speak a bit of Spanish to get understood but the service and food was excellent.

A must if you are visiting Santiago

The Sangria is delicious and comes with a free portion of tortilla! The best tortilla I've had. The food from the menu is good too and the staff is very helpful and kind.

They do have free tapas with drink and the food was great, I love the local beer, you can try it

The tortilla is amazing, chipirones fantastic and chips, eggs and chorizo to die for !!! The staff are great and the price is incredibly low !!! A must place to go if you’re in Santiago

There is a reason why the restaurant is always full! The food is fantastic. I have been staying nearby for the past week and I have stopped in whenever I can get a seat. Everything I have tried has been very good.

Iconic in Santiago and the tapa of Tortilla is superb! Great atmosphere and service. We love this taverna but it always packed so be prepared to wait for a table as there is always a queue!

We love this small interesting bar with great food. Service is always friendly & efficient, even when incredibly busy. When in the city we call in for coffee or lunch never fails to be excellent. We are old, so not so much in the evenings, the atmosphere is great.

Excellent. Had a free tapas with our drink, Spanish omelette, delicious. Then had fries with aoli, tasty. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

The Spanish tortilla here is exquisite. Moreover you order a drink and a little bite comes along for free... Avoid busy days, summer holidays and you'll be very well served.

Best tortilla ever (and free with every beer you order!) we also had milanesa and enjoyed so much our dinner.

I ordered a beer (you get given a tortilla as tapas), steamed mussels, burger and spicy fries.

Let's just say walking from France this has been my favourite meal by far.

It's always busy here so you have to be patient so make sure you aren't hangry. It's worth the wait.

Bar La Tita is probably one of the cheapest (best relation quality and price) bars in Santiago. We received a big tapa of tortilla Española with our drinks. Mussels are superb there ;).
