Praza de Galicia

A person who vist from Barcelona to Galicia, will feel the difference, frommthe aeroplane ,itself we can see the green land of España.full of green. And while walking to the city of Galicia from airport, 15km really experienced the village and the city.both has its own credibility. Loved Galicia...

Beautiful plaza surrounded by the imposing cathedral and other historical buildings. There are also amazing views of the surrounding landscape.

Some beautiful architecture around the plaza and there are two bus stops where the busses that go to the bus station and the airport stop. One in front of the ferreteria and the other in front of Zara.
There's also a playground where you can take the kids to blow off some steam after walking around all day.

So wonderful... Alive or serene, depending on the day and activities.

A great little oasis in Santiago between the historic district and the Renfe train station. More locals than pilgrims or tourists. Small but with a great ambience.

A tree-lined Plaza. Meeting point for bus tours to Cape Fisterre

Praza Galicia is ideal if you are visiting Santiago for the very first time. A lot of hotels, buses to and from the Airport, Bus Station and train station stop. Its also a pick up point for the various tour buses and 5 minutes walk from the old city 😀

Nice and fresh park. The playground is very save for kids, it has only one entrance.

It is a place to enjoy with time to admire the beautiful old buildings. Lots of good restaurants near by and souvenir stores if you like those.

Lovely open space for walking around and shopping. Busses stop here as well.

The 'Pirate Park' as my kids call it. Huge play area right in the center of town. Not very shaded so it can get hot.

Beautiful place with o lot of commerce around.

It's really confusing if you're looking to take the bus no 6 to the airport

Only 500m from our hotel which is 200m from the Cathedral

The food was amazing we had the speciality steak worth every penny.
