i have stayed here so many times and the staff are friendly they helped me and my family when we stayed for about a month when my family all tested postive for covid19 apart from meself in september 2021 and they paid for the room for 10 days and i stayed for a few days before i flew back to england on my own in september 2021 and the pool is amazing but u are not allowed to use blow up things in the water and u are not allowed to wear a top in the water of any kind apart from a swimming clothes and they lock up the pool at 10pm and reopen at between 9am and 10am and there is a local shop outside the rinconada real bungalows there is another shop about 10mins walk to the uk shop
