Sandos Benidorm Suites

Been to this hotel twice this year and cannot fault anything about it. Rooms are spacious & comfortable & housekeeping staff excellent. Fantastic balcony, with great views. Food is the best we've ever had in an all inclusive. Drinks & entertainment also good. All staff extremely friendly & helpful. Will definitely be back again

Just stayed here, hotel was very good and clean and close enough to everything. All inclusive was decent too, food was lovely and lots of different variety each time to choose from. Staff were very nice and helpful. Should be 5* . Entertainment in the evenings was a nice touch, they should turn down the speakers though just a little bit as crazy loud and pool speakers should be a bit louder haha. Very impressed still, 5* overall. Thank you!

I went on Holiday to this hotel for a short 4 night break on 26th December with my friend. I was really impressed with the hotel, the cleanliness, and the quality of the food to say the least. After spending a previous holiday at a nightmare hotel it was great to come here on on the first day enjoy a luxury steak pie with a soft buttery crust on the all inclusive - this is how it should be. The location is perfect, out of the way of he rowdiness and the hotel is just bountiful. From over 30 holiday and over 100 hotels in my life, this is the best one I have ever visited and I would strongly recommend this hotel in Benidorm to anyone. This review is coming from one of the most pickiest people you will ever meet too.

We loved the Sandos Benidrom Suites, rooms are clean and tidy, great view of the pool from every room. A 10 minute walk to the bustle of the sea front, 20 minutes to the old town.

The food is good, freshly cooked, and a wide verity of dishes daily. The Indian restaurant was a blast, it is a fixed menu, dishes are delicious, a bottle of wine each included in your stay, what more can you

Pool is a great place to chill out and relax ( if a little chilly, we did go in October) the poolside bar has plenty to offer.

Excellent gala dinner last night a lot of work obviously went into preparation and delivery.
The hotel is very clean and well staffed.
Staff in this hotel are superb friendly yet professional and my only gripe would be the sound proofing in the rooms

This hotel is very plush, the service is excellent the food is excellent as well the suites are beautiful. The hotel has a music theme as well the furniture is beautiful all white leather, would recommend this hotel definitely 5 star rating. 💯%

Absolutely beautiful place. nothing too much for staff, very polite and helpful. I food amazing and I like piping hot food and they didn't dissapointed. The rooms are large and balcony also large. Entertainment every night. I will definatley be returning back to Sandos Benidorm Suites.

We stayed for 5 nights in January. Had a fantastic time! Rooms are lovely, staff and service were fantastic. Easily walkable to the beach, nightlife and Old Town.

Just got back from a one week stay. What can I say about the place.
All the guests were very pleasant,the staff are excellent, from the first interaction with reception when booking in to all the maids/cleaners, entertainment staff and finally all the bar workers and restaurant staff. All the staff were willing to help anyway they could and done this with a smile on their faces.

Great place, staff are lovely.
Food is lovely great selection.
Pool is lovely Entertainment is great
No fault whatsoever.
Complimentary bottle sparkling wine on arrival.
Complimentary free meal in the adjoining indian restaurant 👌

Arrived 27th December to the 3rd January from the first minute we walked into the hotel we was made to feel welcome, nothing was to much trouble, the rooms are lovely and clean and the food is probably the best we have had in a all-inclusive hotel,. thank you so much.

The hotel was fabulous the staff were very friendly and helpful the food was great and the entertainment were excellent stayed there from 23rd to 3 January and Christmas day was out of is world entertainment all day
The only problem was is was bit far the town

This hotel is excellent.the staff are exceptional.so helpful.our friend was ill while we were there and everyone was very caring and supportive.the Xmas lunch and entertainment was superb.i would say it is the best hotel we have stayed in .in benidorm.plenty of sunbeds although it was December I don't know about the height of summer .but there were plenty around and umbrellas and shade if you want it .the layout of the patio area and pool are lovely.if it was nearer the beach it would be perfect.all in all wonderful.

Nice hotel. Here for a week, stayed here six years ago. Nice rooms, location suits us as away from noise!!!

Well we stayed at Sandos Benidorm Suites last week for a short stay and we loved every minute of it, the location was brilliant a 10 maybe 15 minute walk from the beach and centre of Benidorm, also could hire mobility scooters at reception for the time you are with them which was ideal for friends of ours who have bad mobility. The hotel itself was really modern, spotlessly clean with a bar indoor and out by the pool which was well staffed and we got served in record time. A great selection of drinks were available from beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and a really good cocktails menu which I took advantage of.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, spacious with there own private balcony overlooking the pool and we could even see the sea from our room 802 which was fab, You could hire a room safe for the duration of your stay which came in handy for our spends and passports. There is also a snack bar by the pool which had a great selection on all day from burgers, hotdogs, pizza, kebabs, chicken nuggets, chips etc.
Each night the hotel had entertainment on which was in my eyes aimed more at the kids but this is a family hotel so what we expected all the same we enjoyed what we saw.
The food..... Each day they had a great selection and there was something for everyone every meal time, I personally enjoyed the pizzas as they were cooked fresh and a good choice of toppings.
The staff at the hotel were amazing, really helpful and very friendly, I don't think I met a single member of staff who didn't smile or make us feel welcome they are all a credit to the hotel. The only issue i had was on 3 separate occasions i saw cock roaches in the dining room which i reported to a member off staff who was mortified and moved one for us which was near our table, the member of staff was very apologetic but its not what you want to see when you are eating your meal, with how spotlessly clean the hotel was this came as a massive shock to us maybe just need to step up or put a pest control program in place.
The above-mentioned would NOT put us off coming back as we had such a fantastic stay and are already planning our next visit.
Will still give this hotel top marks.

Has to be the best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in. Food selection was excellent, rooms spacious and comfortable, staff could n't do enough for you. If anyone finds a better hotel for this value i'd like to know because for me it was 10 out of 10

Excellent from start to finish. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and the rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel is so bright and airy. The pool is big with plenty of sunbeds 😁

This is a great hotel for those who want to come to Benidorm but don't want to be in the heart of the action!

Hotel: A classic 80's built hotel but its been recently refurbished and the place is absolutely spotless. There are 25 floors so its a big hotel but the lifts are split into even and odd floors which helps reduce waiting times.

Rooms: Again, all rooms are fairly recently refurbished and they are all suites with a seperate living area and bedroom. Good bathrooms with decent showers which always help, beds are comfy. Aircon is a bit fiddly (balcony doors have to be closed and locked for it to work) but once you get the hang of it it's lovely. Rooms come with a safe and a fridge. The balconies are huge with loungers and table/chairs and the view from the top floors are incredible.

Pool: Plenty of sun loungers outside with a separate upstairs terrace area so never short of places to lay/sit. The pool is near enough full size so great for a morning swim!

Staff: Every single member of staff I came across was great, friendly and chatty and efficient too. They are a great bunch.

Food & Drink: I was all inclusive so there was plenty included. The bars are open from 10am till midnight in Summer. (outside in the door and indoors at night). The included drinks are fine and not watered down, spirits pours generous. There is also a day time snackbar by the pool in Summer which made burgers/toasties etc to order. The buffet is always well stocked at meal times but as you might imagine is very British orientated, I would have really loved some more Spanish options! The Indian restaurant is worth a visit if you have it included (you do if you are AI and staying 5+ days), its not the best curry ever but does make a change from the buffet.

Great hotel, the staff are amazing, the suite was spotless with a HUGE balcony, excellent facilities and the food was tasty, varied and constantly being replenished

Just had a great week here the staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly, food was good in both the Restaurant and Pool bar and definitely book in for a Curry as such a fantastic experience, the drinks were good too many were branded
