Hotel Port Fiesta Park

Good rooms fitted to a good standard. Very clean. Half board meals had plenty of variety. Great priced bar 1.5 euro for glass of wine. Pool side and sun bathing area big enough and plenty of space. Reception staff helpful. Short walk to the beach with easy access to shops close by.

Just stayed for 4 weeks and was very happy with hotel. Staff work really hard to keep all areas clean and tidy. Updated bedroom was lovely, especially the walk-in shower. The addition of a kettle plus tea/coffee was an added bonus. Plenty of food -something for everyone
I would definitely recommend hotel for very good value.

Our 4th holiday to the Fiesta Park it never fails to be an enjoyable.

The reception staff are always helpful, the rooms are really good and recently updated, all smart an modern. I also have to say the rooms are kept spotlessly clean.

The food is varied and always nice, the restaurant staff are always smiling, chatty and work really hard.

We stayed all-inclusive again and can't fault anything, the bar staff are amazing, never had to wait long to be served, some reviews say differently but our experience on all occasions has been fantastic.

In closing I couldn't recommend this hotel any higher, its a true hidden gem. Another plus is you get a very good mix of nationalities and ages.

Stayed here for a 1 week holiday all inclusive. The rooms were spotless and the cleaning staff took pride in there work. The reception staff were excellent as I lost my phone while on holiday and they did everything to track the taxi I left it in. The staff that worked in the dinning are never stopped and were very pleasant to any needs. All in all this is a cracking hotel to stay and have booked for a week in March and again in September for my 50th birthday. Keep up the good work.

Had a great experience, price/quality very good, had 2 stays, one of the rooms was modernized, the other still nice, but being on the 1st floor a bit loud, until 12 am and starting from 8 am. Reception desk service very good, they allowed us to have the dinner we missed, because we arrived late, on the second night. The food was varied and of decent quality, right for a 3 star hotel. Good cleaning, good size room and bathroom, pool view, good entertainment. I think this hotel is underrated.

Only stayed for 3 nights, but really impressed, breakfasts were excellent, very wide choice for all tastes.
The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean.
We would definitely come back again, hopefully in September.

Great hotel, very good value for money.

Room was basic, but comfortable. Only potential issue is that the walls are very thin, so can hear everything in the room next door. Fortunately we appeared to be on a floor with other families.....so no embarrassing late night noises to deal with.

The indoor pool is on the 5th floor. Fairly small, but the water is warm, and it's fine for use in the winter.

The breakfast buffet was great. Large variety of food.

The dinner buffet was excellent value for money, a good range of food, and plenty of it.

The night entertainment was very good.....dance exhibition, magic show and live music.

The bar was also very good value for money.....drinks were cheaper than I expected.

Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a supermarket just a couple of minutes away.

Will definitely stay here again.

We had 2 rooms over looking the park, just as we had requested. Very comfortable beds. Refurbished rooms. Lovely. Full of Spanish people which was fantastic and they sure can party in the evenings. Great entertainment. Staff 100%. Breakfast catered for everyone. Excellent. We will return. Thankyou.

We have just returned from 10 nights here. The hotel is spotless all the hotel is kept so clean , the staff are very helpful, a special mention to the staff in the food area who work so hard with a smile on there face,
I only have one grievance, being a coeliac I did find the food choice some days difficult they do label what is on offer but not with allergies on labels, having said that on the occasions I asked the chef came out and happily went through the dishes with me, although I did find this a bit awkward at times there was always something on offer for me.
If I was to go back to Benidorm would certainly use this hotel again.

We had two room's one for myself and husband and one for his aunt, uncle, cousin and son, we was half board and the family was all inclusive.

We can't fault our stay of 11 nights cleaners are on top form and friendly too, both ladies we met was always polite. Pool area kept clean and tidy at all times bins emptied on a regular basis and tables on the terrace kept clean too.

Our room was lovely a spacious could do with a small fridge though bathroom had a lovely big shower, clean fresh and tidy.

All the staff be it reception or bar etc was polite and helpful, we only had breakfast once but there was plenty of options and tasted good too evening meals were equally as nice and plenty of options we had two fussy eaters with us and they could always find something.

The hotel did have lots of Spanish guests however we got along and the little one was always asked if he wanted to play we all had a great time and would book again. The only fault if I had to pick any was the aircon wasn't working great.

Very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and efficient staff, about ten minutes walk from Benidorm Old Town and seafront. Only had breakfast but this was excellent quality and choice, with full English, continental, pastries, fruits, juices, coffee, teas etc. Pool area is good but is in shade for part of the day with a good pool bar. Pleasant location overlooking a public park. All in all a great place to stay.

Great value for money - very Spanish. If you don’t like Spanish food then the all inclusive is not for you. Close to the beach, rooms are clean, pools clean and the staff are helpful. Get what you pay for - drinks are strong 😊

Great location very close to open park area for children & adults.
Very friendly staff & good food.
We were lucky enough to get the same room (270) as we had earlier this year, which really pleased our grandaughter. She also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.

Had a fabulous week here July 23 everything was great no problem with food there was something for everyone in my family. Hotel and rooms very clean and the service of the staff was brilliant. Yes there was mainly Spanish staying here but we all mixed great.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Food plentiful something for every taste. Would have liked a fridge in room but other than that, brilliant.

Before going to hotel Parc Fiesta I had read other tourists' comments.
I thought it was going to be a disaster.
But, instead, we had a pleasant surprise.
Cleanliness and food served were very good.
But if I have to praise something it will be, from miles, the staff. The personnel in September 22 was brilliant. Receptionists, cleaners, waiters. All of them. All played their part in making our staying enjoyable!

We loved this hotel and location. Rooms were clean food good staff friendly would return to this hotel .only downside was stags/hens at weekends even though it states no stags/hens. But to be fair they were good entertainment 😄

Breakfast 7/10 - A nice large area but feel it could be better for choice.
Staff 10/10 - Can't fault.

I was very happy with my stay at Port Fiesta, I would say it is for the older generation and can sometimes make you feel uncomfortable or a little out of place.

Very nice location, 5 mins stroll to the High Street with a lot of shops to explore and 10 mins walk to the beachfront.
