Hotel Magic Cristal Park

We had a great long weekend with you. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was excellent with loads of choices, something for everyone’s taste. Clean comfortable room. A great location, central for everything. Would definitely recommend. I have limited mobility and the receptionist was very helpful and contacted a mobility company and ordered a mobility scooter for me

I would like to say we had a great time at the Magic Cristal Park just recently.
A group of 16 stayed there as it is in an ideal location, especially for the Benidorm Half which we took part in.
I wouldn’t say the hotel was dated…, more traditional.
Food & drink was great.
We liked all the bars within, especially the rooftop bar.
The Magic Cafe made an ideal meeting place for us in the evening and barmaid Anita (from North Yorkshire) looked after us.
Rooms were really spacious.
It occurred to me that if the hotel was as bad as the negative reviews would imply, some amongst our party would have issues.
But…, none of us did. We all loved it and will make it our ‘go to’ hotel for our annual visits from now on.

Good place to stay just back from there two days ago rooms were clean everyday the restaurant was good staff and all bars were friendly definitely going back there

Fabulous location, staff are so very friendly and efficient, reception team were very attentive and explained their process, really professional and friendly! Very clean and the cleaners are amazing, they literally never stop from dawn to dusk. The food was so varied and fresh, drinks flowed. We were All Inclusive and it was really fabulous, the restaurants and bars were spotless too. Thoroughly enjoyed our mini 4 night break.

My 8 year old had a brilliant time I would keep in mind the children's rooftop play area is closed this time of year.

Only thing I have found wrong is there is only 1 cop with the kettle in a twin room. The food is excellent and the staff fantastic

Wow what can i say i had the beat time ever the food was amazing loads of choice.
The room was up to standard and clean the cleaning staff were amazing fresh towels every day allways said morning when walking pass.
Reception were brilliant from the moment we walked though the door until we checked out bar staff were allways chatty and lovley aswell

Great hotel. Spacious, clean rooms. Plenty of food options. Great drink choices. Pool was great for the kids. Located about a 7 minute walk from the beach.

People need to wise up. This is a cracking hotel. Excellent value for money. Great location. (Old town). Pool on the rooftop!!
Stop moaning about the lifts and use your legs!!
The food was good. Something for everyone!!
Staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble!!
You're in Spain......so expect Spanish people to be there?!!! Be polite and respectable, and they will treat you likewise!!

Lovely hotel clean room with fantastic views friendly staff good food only fault was the rude and arrogant Spanish OAPs .

Considering that this hotel was the cheapest all inclusive I could find, I was very impressed.
Ok, like others have said, yes it is a little "dated"... However our room was huge (see photo), it had 2 king size beds and a sofa bed. It was cleaned every day and the fridge restocked with drinks included in the all inclusive.
Drinks were like most all inclusives.... BIG measures !!!!... but the queues were long at times.
Food was good for a budget all inclusive... it was not brilliant, but it certainly was satisfactory.
When we were there (August), there was probably 80% spanish, and 20% English staying there. Which considering the reputation of brits in Benidorm I was quite pleased.
I think those that have written bad reviews should really consider that this is a budget hotel.... If you want the Ritz...then pay the price of the Ritz. If you want a perfectly satisfactory hotel, that is centrally located, clean, and cheap - you can't go wrong.

We had a great time here, it's a great place for families with lots of activities. The staff are lovely ♥ and the food was really good. I highly recommend going all inclusive it's really worth it.

Myself and my granddaughter (11) really enjoyed our stay at Cristal Park. The food was really good and there was plenty of choice. We found the smaller restaurant on Floor -2 more to our liking. The entertainment downstairs in the Magic Cafe was really good and we went there every night. All inclusive drinks were fine for me, although they were local brands, but I think you can upgrade. The manager Edouardo is fantastic - he gets involved in customer issues and does everything he can to make sure everyone is happy at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
