Shuttle was affordable, clean, safe driver. The ride was not able to drop us off at our destination due to construction but we were a few short blocks from our VRBO and got to see Malaga sights lit up at night and it was beautiful. Would recommend the shuttle to everyone

Our driver arrived to our hotel at the arranged time to bring us to the airport, no waiting about! He only had 3 pick-ups in total so there was no delay. We've used shuttle direct before & have always been happy with the service provided!

We arrive in Paphos nearly two hours late due to flights, out coach was no longer their. So we was offered a private service travelling in style brand new Mercedes at no extra cost. This is a first class service. Our plane was late landing and because the flight was full and only one exit door on the plane was being used it took a long time to get off the plane. Also with the long walk once getting out of the luggage area, we were very late exiting the airport. However, the driver was so patient waiting for us and as we were exiting he had our name displayed so we could clearly see it. The driver was very friendly and carried our luggage and the car was a very posh Mercedes and very clean, hence the five stars. Would definitely recommend this service

We arrived last night at Lanzarote, we had 1 hour delay on our plane. When we arrived we had to wait for our luggage. We did not see our name when we came out but a gentleman saw us and immediately called our driver and accompanied us to the vehicle. All done efficiently and in a professional manner. Will definitely use this service again.

Pick up both on arrival and departure on time perfect. Unfortunately we were not made aware when we booked that the taxi could not take us to our hotel in Ciutadella, this was on the booked ticket. Evidentually he was unable to enter the old city, it would have been nice to know before we arrived.
