We had a delicious late lunch here. The artichoke was so unique and yummy. The Mel Gibson shellfish rice dish was amazing! Only problem is we ordered too much food and could not finish it all. Service was also great!

Had dinner here after arriving to Santiago pilgrimage. Was good choice to enjoy good food and various seafood dishes. Loved scallops , octopus was a bit too soft and salad was very good. Place is quite simple but cosy. Good they have online reservations 😁

Amazing place to eat near the Cathedral. Really good value for money as the food is exquisite and the service is excellent and very attentive. We will definitely come back next time we're in Santiago.

The food was insane! Ordered the scallops, tomato salad and the daily special of crab cannelloni. All sensational. Topped with excellent service. Just make sure you either get there early or book as they fill up. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Seabass empanada superb, Best zamburinas ever 10/10, delicious octopus.
Mixed cheeses and meats also very nice and champagne too. Will go back 100%

Meal for 2 with a good bottle of champagne 130 euro with tip. Very reasonable.

A great lunch experience. Octopus, artichokes, pork tenderloin complemented by some nice vino. Service was not only warm and engaging but also super efficient. Good eye for detail. Bravo and wishing you continued success.

Wonderful restaurant a stone's throw from the Cathedral. We visited at end September on the day we finished the Camino. This place had a wonderful selection of great food (seafood and meat dishes as well as arroz (rice) too).

As Australians, we selected the Mel Gibson dish (made famous when he visited in 2019 where he put together what he felt like eating), but we ordered many other dishes from pulpo, roast beef and other Galician delights. A great selection of wines too from Rioja and many other regions.

At 9:30pm, the locals walked in with greater numbers. This is a fine establishment and reasonably well priced for a premium end restaurant. The staff are friendly and can speak English too and are very knowledgeable on the dishes they serve.

What a fab place in the old town of Santiago. Usually these areas are expensive and the food is mediocre - best case…but not this one 🙌🤩
The food and service were incredible and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very good 👍
Highly recommend going here - it is very good, affordable and just worth enjoying. It will make your trip worthwhile

Amazing food and service. Special shout out to the croquetas, almejas and octopus. Everything is exquisite and well priced. Good selection of wines. Don't miss the homemade desserts!!

This is a family-run restaurant. We were attended by the young son, who did a phenomenal job. His mother was so kind, seeing us to our seat, and checking on us at the end. His father was in the kitchen, and brother helped serve. Food was delicious. Wish we had room for more. The menu is a fantastic example of Galician cuisine.

One of the best zamburiñas and pulpo I've had, simply good quality ingredients and everything was well-seasoned. Went twice in 3 days 😂

This is a must eat at restaurant!
They say that great quality ingredients make great food. Here they seem to use the best ingredients, treat them simply and the result is a delicious meal.
The staff was attentive, made good recommendations when asked and didn't hover while we ate.
The chef also came out to talk to some of the tables which was a nice touch.

Pure love for this family run gem in Santiago de Compostela, where food, service and passion combine for a wonderful treat! 3 Weeks into our road trip and this has hands down been one of the best dining experiences so far. It's just a such an absolute pleasure to enjoy amazing food, with awesome wine, having a great interaction with all of the family that run this restaurant. The Blue Lobster Rice was superb, having enjoyed a delicious Tomate Azul de Santiago salad with tuna before. We cannot say thank you enough for the amazing evening!! Looking forward to the next visit already xxx

Fantastic! Service was super friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic with a minor exception… the dessert we ordered was really underwhelming. It was “kinder”-like in theory… but ended up being much thinner and less rich than expected. Wouldn’t mind trying other desserts though, many of the others looked fantastic.

In spite of that, it was a great dinner. Highly recommended if you can book a table.

Such a fantastic experience at “A Noiesa”. Although it was hard to book a table during our stay in Santiago, I must say that the wait was worthy. Staff were very kind and friendly, and helped us with different recommendations. In terms of food, everything was delicious, do not miss the “zamburiñas”, “vieira” and the “octopus”, by far one of the best ones I’ve ever tried. At the moment they have two turns for dinner 8:30-10pm and 10-11:30pm.

Excellent food, waiters are very friendly and patient in recommending daily specials. We ordered a bottle of white, mix platters with ham, sausages and cheese. Prices are reasonable, scallops and octopus are must-orders. Chef shared some secret recipes with us. Worth sparing an evening here, BUT please make a reservation in advance.
