A beautiful surprise in El Camino, with outstanding, real Galician cuisine with a “personality”, cooked by Chef Pepe Francos, it’s owner.
Charming and welcoming personnel makes the stay very pleasant and relaxing. The house is beautiful, with a lovely garden to relax and enjoy some cocktails.

I saw the review that says "They refused to serve us breakfast.." It is true that the restaurant only serves breakfast to guests of the hotel. It's located right on the Camino, so even during our short breakfast a few groups of pilgrims attempted to stop for breakfast. The staff kindly explained that breakfast service was only for guests. The staff was super kind and helpful to my partner and I . The stay was similar to a Bed and Breakfast. Cozy.

A lovely place to stay. Ideal distance from Santiago (13km). Owner and staff are very friendly. Accommodation is very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely 3 course meal with drinks which we all really enjoyed. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and well kept country house with breakfast in the tasty restaurant across the country lane which is the road of the Camino de Santiago. You can watch as the pilgrims continue their journey on to the Majestic city, the final destination of the 500 mile walking route. You should follow along though as the city is a sight to behold. The architectural marvel that is the cathedral and the enticing old narrow streets are worthy of a place of pilgrimage, and must not be missed!

Great spot on the Camino. Was not expecting such a lovely rural setting so close to Santiago de Compostella. Good garden area to sit and watch the pilgrams pass.

I spent a lovely week with my family here. The first thing that impressed us was that we were greated by two lovely young ladies who run the house. We felt immediately welcomed. Our "room" was actually a wonderful apartment in the attic with lots of light, two rooms and one full bathroom. Everything was charmingly decorated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were given some great options. We had breakfast at the house every morning and it was delicious, a combination of fresh pastries and toast with coffee and OJ. Breakfast was always served with a smile by either Ines or Vicky, the two lovely ladies that greated us when we arrived. This is definitely a place I would recommend and would love to visit again. Thanks a lot to Vicky and Ines for making our stay unforgettable.

A transformational dinner; the most delicate & delicious brisket steak of my life (sorry Mom!) Gracious host and staff, bar, rooms are clean, modern and terrific linens. Only 12 rooms so not a noisy scene. What a perfect place to be quiet and prepare for your final Caminho Portuguese day as Santiago de Compestela is only about 10k ahead. 10/10 on everything.

Fantastic good place. Everything is made from fresh fish, meat and vegetables harvested same day it’s prepared. I met my love on Camino and whole restaurant celebrated us in a lovely way. Must stop on the Português way.

Best food on the Camino Trail. Every dish was far better than it had any right to be. A real gem!

Must visit for posh peregrinos. They say best food on the Camino Portugues. 🤫 We agree. 💓 If you can stay here do it. Booking essential. Very popular.
