Realicé el pedido el martes a las 9:30 de la mañana, pagué 10€ de gastos de envío, aseguraban que llegaría en 24h, tuve que esperar 72h para recibirlo, después de esperar 48h llamó para preguntar por mí pedido y aseguran que me llegaría en unas horas (no sucedió). El producto es excelente pero la gestión y logística muy mejorable. No recibí ningún tipo de aviso de cuando salía el envío, ni forma de trackear el paquete. Pagar 10€ de gastos de envío para tener que reclamarlo durante tres días me parece inaudito.
