The concept of the place is to have dinner while you are listening to music or watching an acrobatic show. One of the things I noticed is the varied audience. There were families coming with grandparents, parents and kids, there were group of friends, there were couples and everything in between. The live DJ was good. The music was just right. Giving place to have conversation but present at the same time. The live show band performed covers of worldwide hits along local songs, and in between a short acrobatic show. A bit scary as they were without a safety net. The overall experience is fun. The only drawback is the dishes were a bit small but the great company compensated. Worth to come. Pls note that sitting is on availability so you may wait a while. Enjoy.

It’s been a while since I came here in the summer of 2018 but I had a great time. Very cool! DJ playing nice downtempo house music. Lovely decor and relaxing vibes in general. Settled to have lunch with some cocktails. It was really hot outside so this is a wonderful place to get away from the heat.

One of the coolest places to go in Madrid . It's the biggest food center in Europe with everything . You can find an amazing restaurant in the last floor. In the second floor you have the option of getting drinks and food and seeing and watching a live band. It's very hip this place and in the bottom floor you can sit down and enjoy food for almost every ethnicity. It's a very nice place to take you loved one . Or even family and friends . The ambient is really good to talk and enjoy whatever you wanna enjoy. The food is yummi and I can recommend it to everybody .

The food was incredibly conceived and executed. Familiar flavors with a beautiful presentation but at the same time it was something completely new. Service was attentive and friendly. I loved the live music too. Will definitely be coming back.

The Platea Madrid, what to say... this is in an amazing restaurantes! The service is fast, efficient and polite. The ambience, lighting and overall ergonomics showcases a place that's old and well versed in serving people for generations. The food was delicious and you can tell it was prepared with care. The variety and diversity of the menu is noteworthy you can come here multiple times and not get bored! This is definitely one of the places to eat in Madrid, might even find a footballer in here if you look close enough need to say more?

THIS is the place where you withdraw from the city and enjoy great food, wonderful vermout and other drinks.
The service is very professional and always with a smile. They all speak great English.

Cool bar/restaurant - actually had multiple bars and restaurants inside one building. Miss level which you enter on is lively and primarily bars and Spanish snacks / tapas. Upstairs is a Michelin restaurant and downstairs is a 'tastes of the world' restaurant which combines Spanish produce with famous world dishes (think pizza, steak, sushi, Mexican and Peruvian).

Prices are reasonable for a major city. You can get a good feed with maybe three different dishes for less than 30 euros. Beers are 4 euros. There's also entertainment through the evening on a stage that sits above you.

It's a really lively place with lots of beautiful people!

Very good atmosphere, there is no dress code, however people are well dressed everywhere, staff were nice and very attentive to our table, we had food and was super delicious!!!!

Phenomenal experience and a great concept, a converted old theater which has a tapas court on the main floor, a full service restaurant on the middle floor and a cocktail bar on the top floor, all with great views and decorated really tastefully. Food and drink were splendid.

What a wonderful place. This was the first place that stopped at as soon as we arrived in Madrid. We visited this place as soon as it was opened and then another day at night. Both cases it was great. Specially at night, the ambient is amazing with music, food, and lots of people.

Platea is one of my favorite places to go to for a relaxing night out. Amazing open venue with many nice bars/food available. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to have some amazing Tapas/appetizers and some amazing drinks! Oh, and there is usually a DJ or some bands playing, so be ready tok be entertained as well.

At first it looks too big to be good but in fact the food is great (we had tapas), great wine and cocktails and a friendly service. The show was really good, the sound, the band and the performance.

One of the most impressive places where food, music and the total atmosphere will come together. A must to visit!

All plates were awesome! You are able to eat good food and enjoy a live show. Bao bread with cochinita pibil, vegetable tempura and a sort of cod croquette were our starters the taste and texture were perfect.

One of my favorite spots in Marid, it's livlely with music and hosts different outlets to all tastes. The overall look is a multi-storey theater, hosting food stands, to cocktail bars, to upscale restaurants. It's indeed a great place to meet up with friends or spend a few hours of your day while on a visit to Madrid. If you're lucky you might be able to catch a live show.

An incredible gourmet tapas experience with delicious food you can buy from different spots inside. There's a live DJ in the place. When you sit down, waiters come to ask for drinks so you don't have to bother walking to a place. The atmosphere is amazing, very cosmopolitan.
