Absolute gem among vast amount of restaurants in this area of Madrid. Delicious and fragrant food with great selection for every taste. Amazing selection of Spanish wine and wonder care from restaurant’s staff. Definitely coming back!

Good tapas restaurant with a small variety of local food. The dried ham is a must try.
Waiters are very friendly and try to accomodate people who don't speak spanish.
The place is busy, there might be a wait.
The ambience is good, a loud chat atmosphere surrounds the cosy place.
Food tastes great and comes in generous portions. The plate of dried ham is amazing. Extra bread is given at no extra cost.

We ordered the 18€ menu and got a ton of food!
The grilled prawns were delicious, the pork with the cheese sauce was amazing, the cheesecake and the tiramisu was great also.
The menu came with beer too which was great.
The service was amazing and friendly 🥂

Meat lovers paradise!
It’s a home like southern restaurant with great meat dishes. The price is regular however the portion is double. Don’t order too much! I really like all the dishes I took and I wish that I could finish all ahah!

The service is excellent. The taste of different dish may notmeet all Americans flavors. But the price for central Mardrid restaurants are awesome: 3 alcohol drinks, lobster parer and griller beef dish for 2,are €61, including tips and tax. Will come again.

The best food in town! I mean, even of they don't have what you order, they can bring it over from a neighbour....in my case paella :))

Absolutely incredible! Food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge. When I initially tried to order too much the waitress warned me and boy was she right. Absolutely incredible value for some very delicious food.

Additionally the staff were phenomenal, extremely attentive, and friendly! Not only did they see to everything I needed but they even brought me a plate of sausage, and a beer on the house.

Cannot recommend enough for a fantastic meal, will definitely return if I find myself in the city again.

Amazing is all I can say. The performance was stellar and powerful. If you don't see at least one flamenco show while in Spain, you didn't come.

We were coming here expecting to get some of a local taste and we were not disappointed at all!

The waiter is energetic and very attentive, he was very funny too 😂 The atmosphere was nice and vibrant, it's a great place all in all.

We ordered rabo del toro and grilled veggies. The grilled veggies are great and fresh which is amazing. And the oxtail stew, I have to tell you it was so good, the meat is so tender and the sauce tastes really good, it brought all the goodness from the meat. It pairs really well with their beers too.

Great restaurant, excellent service. Even though it was full they found a nice spot for us. Big portions, tasty local food. Value for money.

Two of us had lunch at Alhambra today, I have to admit at first we thought it was some kind of scam as the lunch menu was very cheap. We had two starters, two main courses, a bottle of wine and two desserts for very little money. The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. You can tell that everyone enjoys their work, there is laughter and sometimes singing. The food is very good and of high quality. My girlfriend and I were very satisfied and are looking forward to eating here again soon. Absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for good Spanish cuisine. Very tourist friendly.

This place was a surprise.
Place itself is not that polished and does not look that updated also.
But the service and the food they gave me changed all that.
Food portions are huge so definately take in consideration of sharing them and if you're not that hungry of ordering only to share. As a result you'll discover that this place has not only great food but also outstanding prices for Madrid city center.
No need of booking, they accept walk-ins and are glad about it, which is wonderful when one is tired after half day of walking around.

Really nice restaurant with excellent service. Enormous portion sizes and good quality food. The prawns, shark and ox stew were particularly good dishes. Highly recommended and very good value for money.

Only a couple of blocks from Plaza del Sol, the Alhambra sits in the middle of a street filled with bars and restaurants. This is the fourth time we eat at this place while visiting Madrid. The food was terrific, just as usual - Beef meatballs, Ham, fries and egg plate, Ox tail and grilled Steak didn't disappoint. Authentic flavors, HUGE portions and friendly service at an affordable price. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal on a relaxed environment.

Outstanding all around! Our first visit was on 9/13/22 and so far the other restaurants were all good, but here they make you feel at home. Cristian our waiter and Simone the Manager were just wonderful! Tequilla with soda and a wedge of Lime or Lemon are €7ea, the Shortribs (with Chimichurri) & fries for €14.50 and the Grilled Alhambra Chicken & Fries @ €13 all very affordable. We actually came back for dinner 2 more times and ate the exact same thing the short ribs and chicken that is how good they are.

Great place to eat typical Spanish food. The entrées are huge, the plate patatas is normally for 1 person but it’s perfect for 2.

The rice with lobster was a little too salty for me, and the Iberian pork was also delicious, you could taste the smoky flavour.

Very friendly staff and not expensive!
