Take pictures of every inch of the car. Don't believe anything they tell you. We rent a car on Santiago and returned it in another city and we were charge for a scratch that the car already had (in the lower part of the hood where you literally need to get on the floor to see it). In Santiago they even told us we shouldn't worry about scratches like that. But when we returned it in the other city they told us we had to pay for it.

So check the car, even below the hood. Everything. And careful with hidden fees. They charged us a fee because we returned it in another city. A charge that was not stated when we did the reservation online.

Worse car rental experience in my life. They charged my credit card to hold the car and when I got there they had rented my car. They didn’t seem to care at all. I asked for an option even from the manager who also did not offer any solution. They lie. They don’t even answer the phone and they are never at the store. Someone should close this office.

La peor experiencia que he tenido alquilando coches de alquiler. Tener cuidado con el chico delgado del mostrador. Os va a timar en precio en todo momento. Mi recomendación comprobar el coche con el en la salida y entrada, por que sino va a hacer él los rallones para cobraros mas luego.
