I love this hotel! It’s right around the corner from the cathedral. It’s beautiful. It’s clean. It’s cozy. Christine is welcoming and awesome and so helpful. Great restaurants are close by. I will be back next time I’m in Santiago. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything about this place is just perfect! The location, the service, the room.
We had a wonderful stay in Casa da Balconada. Christina is the perfect host and she was very friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations. The room and bathroom was spotless. The parking is a few minutes walk away, and you receive a discount card from the hotel.

Great location for a very fair price. Quiet street but very nearby to all popular restaurants and the main cathedral. Easy to access walking from the train station. The owner has put so much detail into the hotel and it really shows. She cares a lot and takes great care of the newly renovated hotel. Super clean and comfortable. 10/10

Lovely hotel in the best location. Christina, the manager, goes above and beyond to make your stay as easy as possible. I decided to return to this hotel on my second trip to Santiago because it’s that good. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the one with the balcony is just gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Cutest little pension in Santiago de Compostela. Cannot beat the location and the owner Cristina could not have been sweeter. Cute rooms with blackout shades (helped with the jet lag) and excellent A/C.

Christiana was very kind and hospitable. I loved my stay here and while my room was a little small compared to the U.S. , it was worth the cost. Great value, amazing location.

A petite boutique casa close to the Cathedral run by one of the most attentive and warm hosts I have ever stayed with! Cristina oozes hospitality, and they keep the place so clean and sweet-smelling.

We have just had 2 delightful days at Cassa de Balconada. The room was newly and stylishly renovated, perfectly clean and we had a room facing the street which gave us a nice outlook over the neighbour's garden. The hotel is located very close to the Cathedral and there are many restaurants and bars within a few hundred metres. Staff are friendly and efficient. I rate the hotel as 5 stars, just be aware that the rooms are small and there is a steep staircase

Nice and cozy hotel right by the cathedral. You can actually see it from your balcony. Service at reception is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable and is dark and silent enough to sleep

Cristina was so helpful and accomodating. I would have given a six star rating for service. Really good location. We were very happy with the quality of the room.

Great quiet location, clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were attentive and helpful, and it was lovely to be able to take my coffee upstairs and have it in bed.

Very charming and clean. We were greeted warmly and were well taken care of by the hosts. It was a perfect place to stay upon finishing the Camino Portuguese.

Insuperable!! El sitio es precioso y está muy bien ubicado, al lado de la catedral. Las habitaciones y zonas comunes están súper limpias y cuidadas al máximo detalle. Y en recepción todo es amabilidad y atenciones para que disfrutes de tu estancia, y su información, recomendaciones y ayuda inmejorables. No sé puede pedir más!! Muchas gracias por todo!!
