I purchase a beautiful jet (azabache) men’s ring from this store during my visit to Santiago de Compostela in the late Fall of 2022. It’s a handsome ring with all the characteristics that can only be found on jewelry of northern Spain. And, of course the ring was designed and crafted by Joyeria Regueira.

When I got back to The States I wore the ring on and off again for a few months. One day I noticed that the stone was chipped in a couple of places (nobody’s fault). Much to my disappointment I must have accidentally bumped it against something without knowing it and chipped the stone while wearing the ring.

It so happens that I was planning to return to Santiago de Compostela the same time next year. I thought why not bring the ring with me to see if I could buy another one like it to replace my broken one.

I went to Joyeria Regueira and explained to them what had happened. Would you believe that they gladly replaced the stone FOR FREE! They shipped my “new” ring to the hotel I was going to be staying at a couple of days later because I was only going to be in Santiago for one night.

Needless to say, Joyeria Regueira has provided me with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IMAGINABLE!

I highly recommend Joyeria Regueira for any and all of your jewelry purchases and repairs. They are the ultimate example of a family owned and operated business bending themselves backwards to please each and every one of their customers.
