We're from the United States. We had to return gloves that were damaged. Didn't have our receipt but the attendant looked up the transaction on the computer and found it. She was so nice and helpful. We got a refund and bought the gloves at another El Corte Ingles store uptown.

Great mall with an extraordinary amount of products. From clothes to food to beds and books on to phones and toys, there is virtually nothing you can't buy here. Great service with friendly and helpful employees.

Conveniently located if you live out of the city. Watch out for the low ceiling car park if you have a roof rack or more! As an alternative there is another car park next to Hipercor which had better ceiling clearance.

My daughter's favourite shop, you can buy anything there from luxury jewellery to bags, perfumes, make-up, essential clothing, sports equipment, books, toys and Spanish and international food produce. The department store is situated on a historic tree-lined pedestrain avenue.

This feedback refers to the small Corte Inglés shop at the corner across the main building.

We just bought some little things there and met a TOTALLY OUTSTANDING saleswomen named Eva Maria: Her overwhelming friendlyness and helpfulness made this a very happy shopping experience!
