Just come back had great time nice view.pool was great plenty beds .upstairs pool wasn't open yet was bit disappointed. But had great time.good half hour walk too beach.

The room was fine very clean staff very friendly help me with my transfers Home very professional. The food could be improved but really enjoyed mystay.

First class hotel, just had an amazing stay 🏴??????👍could not fault a thing ❤. Excellent value, wonderful staff who worked really hard to make our stay wonderful. If you are British then understand this is a Spanish hotel, so do not expect typical British food like burger and chips/full breakfast but a very good selection of real food. Hot and cold servings were good every day with a good selection of meats and fish. Restaurant gets very busy at weekends and the staff don't stop. Pools, large outside pool with lots of sunbeds this pool is not heated so was too cold to swim in November. Snack bar open during day, pool times 10am till 8pm.There are two indoor pools that are heated and were lovely and warm. Roof pool adults only but only open June to end of September which was disappointing. Good bar area, drinks were reasonably priced and again typical Spanish entertainment, perhaps not for everyone 🤣 great for kids in the summer. Rooms cleaned everyday, good size a little dated now but still very good condition. We will be back thats for sure, thanks for a great stay.

We were a family group of eight adults and 3 children. We stayed at the hotel for four nights to celebrate the three Wise Men (Los Reyes Magos).The hotel lounge was tastefully decorated with an adorned Christmas tree, and potted pointsietta plants that gave an air of festivity.

The bedrooms were of a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. The wardrobes were spacious and clean, and were fitted with shelves to store clothing.

The breakfasts and dinners we contracted were of excellent quality and variety. Fish, meat, vegetable dishes, side dishes and desserts were all well presented.

The hotel façade was well maintained and also the interior was clean and tidy. A Spa is provided which has basic showers, a Finnish sauna and a Turkish sauna. An interior pool provides water spouts and there is also a large outdoor pool.

Entertainment for the kids is provided, such as an obstacle ball park, slides and a variety of entertaining equipment.

The night entertainment was provided by excellent entertainers, who sang a variety of modern and well known songs.

This hotel is fantastic, we have been staying here for the past 13 years. Room's are very spacious and immaculately clean as is the rest of the hotel. Lovely large swimming pool area with a separate children's part, indoor pool is great as well. Food is plentiful and plenty of choice both breakfast and evening meals. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a nice hotel. A Barman by the name of Alvaro was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked so hard! He needs to be promoted!!

Also Nacho on reception was really helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Buffet dinners and breakfasts had good variety and catered for a wide range of dietary preferences. I follow a plant based diet and didn't struggle once for something to eat.

Lovely hotel excellent staff, rooms a good size, a good size pool with plenty of sun beds and a roof top pool for adults only with great views. Bus stop opposite if you are going ti the strip or old town and a short trip back at night in a taxi. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice 4* hotel with 5 swimming pools including an indoor heated pool. Food very good. A bit far out from centre of Benidorm but bus only 1.60 to anywhere .

Only lost 1 star for location because its quite far out of the town. Hotel is beautiful and service at the buffet restaurant is brilliant 👏. We were a couple on holidays and our favourite part was the roof top pool, adults only so very chilled out with plenty of sunbeds and a small bar. We were on the 2nd floor over looking the main pool which was gorgeous, could get very noisy when it opened at 10am but not a problem

Great hotel we are in room 2209 overlooking the mountains 2nd floor, hotel is not high rise plenty of room by the pool. I am very fussy when it comes to cleanliness and found no issues. We are half board and swapped our meal from evening to lunch. Number 10 bus takes you into town and last stop is a short walk to the old town. Our only criticisms breakfast 8am and evening meal 7.30pm both too late for us as we prefer 7am and 6pm times. We missed our paid for evening meal as arrived 3am first night it would have been great if a snack and drink had been considered as the vending machine was broken. A nice gesture would have been a voucher to use at lunch time. Yesterday music for an hour was on way too loud which drove people away from the pool.

Went for my birthday for a long extended weekend. Couldnt of asked for a better location, out of the way and near a quiet built up residential area but not far from the hustle and bustle of town. Nice mixture of different Europeans in this hotel. Staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual, tried my best with the little spanish I know, but they appreciated me for trying. Beautiful hotel with great facilities, a number of pools and bars. The decor around the hotel is just up my street, full of natural plants and ferns. Spacious Lobby and Restaurant, lovely outdoor areas for recreation.
The room was excellent, cleaned on a daily basis and spacious, with a spacious balcony and bathroom. I was impressed by the hotel overall.
Only criticisms are these credit tokens that you have to request to be opened before going to the bar by the rooftop pool which requires going all the way back down to reception. Had to pay for rackets and balls just to use the tennis court even though it was not in demand. They accomodate for large groups such as a huge number of young football boys majority of the time unaccompanied and when are, only 1 or 2 coaches in control of them. No drinks available for free including water, despite already having paid for half board service at booking with an all you can eat buffet in 30°C daily weather.

Very nice hotel, value for money. Perfect location if you´re going to Benidorm Palace.

I've stayed here twice now and will definitely book again. Better deals on their website booking direct.
Location is great if you're enjoying benidorm quietly and with family. Far enough out to not be disturbed by the night life, but you can still walk there and to the beach although taxis are about €7.
There's a kids water area which is in the shade most of the day, kids clubs run daily and are very well run.
You have to pay for drinks with meal times, but they are not extortionate, the only negative comment I cab make is that their vegetarian options weren't great for the evening meals.
Plenty of loungers by the pool and the rooms are spacious and clean. Lovely private balcony area. Tea and coffee facilities included as well as a small mini bar, there's a small Iceland a stones throw away that we bought a few snacks and water for the room.

Lovely spacious hotel. Great comfy rooms, big pools and great service. Bar was also very reasonably priced. 5 mins from Benidorm Palace. Not in the noisy mad area either. Highly recommended

Only stayed one night but couldn't fault it one of the best breakfasts in Benidorm

Adults and children's beds within the rooms but it has alot to offer and plenty of food choice

I would say this place was one of the best hotels we have tried so far! Very clean, super helpful staff, great service, clean swimming pools for adultsand children, variety of good quality and fresh food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and located outside of the busy area but still beach is accessible by walking. There is parking inside the hotel as well. Thanks for your great work and keep it up! We will come back again!

As good as ever AGAIN!!! Every aspect of this hotel does not fail to impress. Have been here few times & all is great - bar staff, restaurant staff, reception staff, housekeeping team, room, pool & food to put all the weight back on that we lost to come on holiday!! Cannot be faulted
