Wonderful stay in a clean quiet hotel. Great pool area and bar and superb breakfast

First time staying in the old town. Beautiful views from our room on the 11th floor
Food was nice reasonable selection (I imagine there would be more in peak season)
Staff very friendly and majority of them speak English.
Rooms very clean and house keeping is one of the best we've experienced.
Overall for the money you pay for this hotel you can't complain!

Lovely hotel. We had a sea view room on 13th floor an had super views of the two bays. The buffet food was amazing for the price. No complaints whatsoever. ONLY, would not recommend for people with walking difficulties
It's uphill and down many steps to the beach.

Always is stayed in july with family.views to die for if book Seaview rooms.staff amazing work so hard in all areas.room cleaned everyday. Entertainment could be better for English guests but only a minor criticism. Location excellent if you want a more relaxed holiday 10 mins from la cala finestrat Bay half hr walk to the old town along the sea beautiful walk lots of bars on the way.buses plentiful cheap to get around.just sad not open all year round but see u in the summer 23

The hotel was warm and welcoming the staff were excellent. After an initial move from an unsuitable room our room was perfect and had the double bed we had requested on our original application. The rooms were clean and maintained to a high standard.
The food was fantastic and so much choice. All in all an enjoyable stay.

One of the best views in Benidorm in quieter area away from the loud music. Still there is anything you may need close by: Mercadona supermarket, pharmacy, beach shops, restaurants and bars. But I would still come every year only for the food: well freshly cooked, uncomplicated all-you-can-eat buffet with Spanish and international dishes always including at lunchtime a properly made paella of some kind. Yummy!
The amazing views come at a price though, the hotel is only a few meters away from the beach but on top of a very steep hill. There are steps to get down to the beach but I prefer the easier long way around.
At the beach there is a public library under a gazebo and facilities for bathing wheelchair users.
The staff is very friendly and hard working and during the summer there are children entertainers.
The rooms are basic but nice and clean with air conditioning, hair drier, fridge and safe (key available at reception for a fee).
The swimming pool is a decent size but in the summer gets really busy.

Beautiful hotel food is lovely, if you can't find something to eat there then they must be fussy eaters. Only downfall is it is very hilly to get to the entrance & the bus leaves you at the bottom of the hill, in saying that I thoughely enjoyed my stay there. Loved it it was really clean & staff were brilliant.

Fantastic setting just minutes from the beach front. 30 minutes walk from old town benidorm.
Upper floor corner rooms of hotel have huge wraparound balcony with fantastic views. Good selection of food at all meals.

This is a 3 star hotel. You wouldn't be able to tell it from a 4☆
It's very clean well decored. All the staff are friendly. Breakfast is fantastic choice. & evening meals are superb. We came half board & can't fault it the rooms are great. Beach is a 5 minute walk down a slightly graded hill but the beach is a brilliant fine & sandy with plenty of sunloungers available @ a small cost fantastic view from this bottom end of Benidorm plenty going on & just a 5 minute bus ride to the old town of Benidorm

Great hotel, lovely staff, food is really good different viriaty through the week.. price of a local pint of beer is just 2.30 euros one draw back is that kids are not allowed inflatables in the pool unless it's a swimming aid but still 5***** for me

just stayed a week couldnt fault it at all, food was great good choices. rooms very clean and my 4 year old made a friend called lola one of the waitreses made us feel very welcome

It is amazing,we have a wonderful view of the beach and the mountains,the food is amazing and the pool is so good!!! Definitely coming here next year.
