This was a lovely hotel but we hadn't realized how far it was from Levante Beach - a good 15 minute walk to the Centre. The staff were really helpful, in particular Claire in Reception. There were a few points with our room - 1408, that need addressing, but it didn't spoil our stay. The light switch as you go into the room, on the left, was loose. We did inform maintenance , but it didn't get sorted out , perhaps because a lack of communication. There was a gap in the bathroom architrave and the headboard in the bedroom on the left side( as you look at it) was loose. The bottoms of the heavier curtains had holes in them.

The housekeeping staff were great, and cleaned our room every day.

The food was very good and there was plenty of it and some very nice choices. The bar drinks were mostly good, but we weren't keen on some of the evening entertainment.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff who all work really well together. Everywhere is immaculate and standards are high in all areas. The food is generally good and the all inclusive drinks are much better than most hotels. Very good value.

Perfect location, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to venture to the old town, the beach and the strip. Lots of convenient shops, pharmacies etc nearby.
Great accessibility to all areas of the hotel.
Note: The outdoor pools are too cold to use at this time of the year (February).
Spa circuit is fabulous and well worth the £19 for 90mins, very relaxing - Ice scrub, jacuzzi pools/beds, high pressure jet areas, pebble walk, cold water dunking pool, saunas, steam room, etc.
We enjoyed use of the Select Club Lounge - It could do with better signage of the snacks so we know what's in the sandwiches etc - But a great range of spirits, soft drinks, beers, coffees, wines, teas, fruit, etc all available to help yourself, which comes in particularly helpful when there's a queue for the main bar. Nice private indoor and outdoor seating areas in the Select club too. Most of the cocktails you can make yourself in the Select Club just scan the QR code for the menu at the bar. If you run out of something or need an ingredient just ask at the main bar.
All inclusive food was very good - Me and my husband are both vegetarian and found plenty of choice for every meal, there is a special vegetarian table (but it is joined by the beef wellington cutting station on Thursday nights), but there's lots more options throughout the buffet. Only downside is that the signs with the food aren't very informative in terms of dietary requirements/allergies, it's not always clear what is vegetarian and what is not, e.g. some days the pasta was vegetarian but sometimes it's got meat on top, a lot of the ready made salads have meat/fish in, not sure if the desserts contain gelatine or not, one day I found vegetable paella but most days it's seafood or meaty. Maybe add green veggie signs or (V) (Ve) so it's easier to find dishes?
Would recommend this hotel to friends and family, and would stay again x

Great hotel, staff really good, food OK. Good location.
Unfortunately, we were there over the Christmas period when Norovirus was very prevalent throughout the hotel, we were both affected, which ruined the rest of the holiday as it started on Christmas night, having arrived lunchtime on Christmas Eve.
I don't blame the hotel in any way, as the food appeared to be correctly presented, cleanliness was first class, but obviously there was a virus in the hotel, which speaking to other guests was quite common.
It was reported to the Hotel, their answer was that it was down to "people"

The hotel is located in a central position very near the beach and is spotlessly clean. The food was well cooked and delicious - the range of food available was fabulous and catered for all tastes. Bedrooms were great with a mass bathroom. Nothing to complain about at all

What a fabulous hotel and spa! A wonderful atmosphere that is both relaxing and entertaining. It's also within easy walking distance to the main square for the bars etc. The bar staff are so friendly, the entertainment staff are hilarious and energetic (without being over the top), and the support staff across the whole hotel are amazing!!

The pool and jacuzzi are the perfect temperature to cool down after the blazing sun and the snack bar on the terrace is a wonderful addition.

The only thing I'd like to mention is the chairs. Across the entire hotel, every single chair has arms and/or solid sides. If, like me, you are a bit bigger on the bottom, it was quite hard to find a comfortable chair to sit in.

Other than sided chairs, there are a great number of wheelchair accessible adaptions to this hotel. Spacious lifts, ramps to access all areas, and a seat lift for getting into and out of the pool. It was great to see!

Aside from that very minor detail about the chairs, bloody marvellous hotel! 👏

Spent new year here for the 2nd time, and just as good as the 1st. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, from reception to the cleaner's; nothing is too much trouble. Restaurant is lovely, plenty of choice at every mea.l something for everyone. Entertainment was good in the evening and the entertainment team of Judith, Fabiola and Oscar are brilliant. New year's eve was fantastic. The hotel really goes to town with what they provide and celebrate both the Spanish and English new years. Would recommend to anyone. Ideal position. Only 5 mins from both the old town and the strip. And best of all it's adults only👍

We stayed here for a weeks' all inclusive and thought it was great.
We were a group of four with age range 50 to 80.
The hotel is clean and modern and the rooms are very comfortable. There was a complementary 1.5l water provided in the room at the start and then we had to refill it in the restaurant every day.
I found the food really good, decent quality and good choice. Breakfast had almost everything you could want, even black pudding for a full english (but with spanish bacon of course,) Lunch was like a dinner buffet, with chicken, beef and fish regularly available. Both lunch and dinner had plenty of variety, including cold meats and cheese.
Bar staff were good and pleasant. Red, white and rose wine was acceptable for an all inclusive. I mainly drank the local beer which was good. Cocktails like pina colada were included and Vat 69 was the whisky brand.
I did find the hotel evening entertainment to be a little poor, there were dancers or singers every night which were generally not very lively. The 'in house' Animation Team worked hard all day and did a good job.
The pool is not heated and as it was December it was too cold to use. There is a spa on site but did not use that either.
We had dinner one night in the Khas Mahal Indian Restaurant in the sister hotel Santos Benidorm Suites, I would not recommend as I found the curry's a little bland and some dishes were not served hot.
Over all though very good, great value for money and I would recommend hotel. (PS it is not a Beach Hotel as the beach is about 400m away, less than 10mins walk to the strip/ nightlife)

Bar staff were good with a
Staff would serve wines and beer at both lunch and dinner.

Hotel is fabulous. Rooms are comfortable, dark wood wardrobes, fridge cabinet, but this is fine. Beds are very comfortable. Fabulous location, 3 streets from the seafront. 6-8 minute walk to Old Town, 6-8 minute walk to new town. Staff are amazing both in the restaurant and bar. Great choice of drinks in Select and also in all bars. Hand sanitiser in reception, bar areas and restaurant. There is supposed to be a no smoking area outside, but smokers seem unable to understand the concept of an outside smoking area AND outside non smoking area. Smoking area is to the right where ashtrays are on tables. No smoking areas are to the left where there are no ashtrays on the table on in the area. Except when smokers have carried them over. Food is much improved, always something for everyone. Salads, vegetarian, meat, fish, paella, beef canaloni, spinach canaloni, pizza, chicken, beef, beef Wellington, chicken, gammon, lots of breads/buns. No children running around. Wonderful place.

Love it. Probably been about 12 times. A little disappointed as it was my husbands birthday. I thought a bottle of cava 🥂 to welcome him would have been a nice jester. Nothing not even happy birthday. Checked in on the 16th. Day off his birthday.

First trip to Benidorm and this hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean well maintained with good facilities. The food was very impressive for an all inclusive resort. There was plenty of choice. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, it was spotless. The staff are very attentive and friendly.
