Hotel Magic Aqua Rock Gardens

I stayed there for a week over the October half-term. This is the second year there, and I enjoyed it as much as last time maybe even more. The hotel has a wide variety of activities and you are barely ever bored. It contains a big pool, jacuzzi 16+, jacuzzi for all ages and alot of fun slides with no queue time. Overall the staff are great and very welcoming, all the staff know English and Spanish to a great level making it really easy to communicate. The only reason as to why I'm giving 3/5 stars for rooms is because they are really compact and hard to move around and the beds are really hard. Great experience I recommend it alot.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful (on the inside - looks like a Disneyland attraction) and the water slides are super fun if you’re a child at heart like me! I just got a bad reaction to something in the buffet but these things happen.

Brilliant hotel. Staff were fantastic and never stopped working, especially the restaurant staff! The splash park for the kids was great, as was the little creche/soft play room. Great entertainment every night. Food was really nice, some was a bit bland but all of it was edible. A lot of nice choices too. The location was brilliant, right near everything including the beach, shops, pubs/restaurants but not loud at all or right in the strip The only downside was the lifts, during busy times you were waiting quite a while if you have a wheelchair/pushchair/small kids or on a high floor. It was my 1.5 year olds first holiday abroad and wow he absolutely loved it. Thank you for the amazing experience and wonderful family memories!

Just got home today from my first visit to Benidorm. We as a family loved it... 6 adults and two children (2 and 6 years old) food was great and varied everyday, only downside the odd things in the snack bar weren't labelled. The pool was great although it was very cold, once you're in it isn't too bad. Very close to a beautiful beach. Rooms were a generous size. The hill up to the hotel (cardiac hill as some call it) wasn't bad at all if you took your time so don't be put off. The drinks selection were great also all the branded spirits. The rooftop bar was great for peace and quiet. My little boy is already asking to come back... I best get saving up 🤣

My mum my dad my sister and myself are coming back next Saturday for a week for the third time cannot fault anything you guys do in in terms of accommodating ect

The entertainers “Chema cobal priscilla anais Mario cristina Jose ma” at Maguc Rocks are amazing. They are so friendly and are always up for a good laugh. We have had so much fun here. We will definitely be coming here again.

Lovely place to stay, excellent service with a great atmosphere especially coming up to halloween, the only downfall was the hill up to it but after a couple of days you get used to it

The Hotel is amazing 😍😍Everything was perfect. Very clean beautiful room and service was wonderful helpful and smiling all the time . Our family stay in the hotel couple of nights and we are very happy to choose that place.
Everybody spends nice time. Lots of restaurants whit delicious food everyday someting different bars are open late and first time drinks was totally different full of alcohol. Juice tested like real juice . We are positively shocked.👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Went for 7 days. Arrived at 12:15 but was told room would not be ready untill 15:30. But apart from that 1 problem all was great. Lovely hotel and great friendly staff.

We stayed 26/12/22 to 31/12/22 and traveled with Jet2. We were All-inclusive. This hotel is fantastic we had no problem from start to finish. Our room was excellent, cleaner came every day with fresh towels and tidied the whole room. Food was very good with excellent choices for breakfast,Lunch and Dinner. We had no problems at all. Oh except I couldn’t find any Ketchup 😂.
Drinks were absolutely anything even spirits we can get at home so more choices than ever before on all-inclusive holidays. The pool was cleaned by a robot during the night so was exceptionally clean, although being December very cold, but the sea was a bit warmer.
The hotel is situated up a hill so if mobility is an issue it’s not for you. I have psoriatic arthritis and osteoarthritis and the hill didn’t bother me and I went up and down it at least twice a day. The staff were friendly and helpful. Benidorm itself has plenty to offer. We had a day in 4x4 buggies from free time excursions it was fantastic. Jet2 staff were fantastic at the airport and the hotel.

No real complaints. Food was decent. Room small but clean. Great location. Kids entertainment was brilliant.

Moreover, families with children and teenagers could enjoy various recreational areas equipped with amenities like football and tennis tables, billiards, and a modern gaming room featuring popular consoles such as Playstation, Xbox, and Nintendo. Additionally, the hotel offered exciting peripherals like a complete F1 driving cockpit with the steering wheel, gear changer, pedals, a bucket seat, and Virtual Reality headsets.

The Hotel Staff:
The hotel staff proved highly informative and helpful throughout the stay. Communication in English was seamless, ensuring guests faced no difficulties when requesting assistance or inquiring about the hotel's amenities and events. Moreover, the staff readily assisted with issues like lost room cards, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.

Summary:
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, the dedicated staff, the captivating locale, and the vibrant city of Benidorm for a truly exceptional vacation. The affordability of the all-inclusive option, coupled with the superb quality of services provided, adds further appeal. My stay at the hotel surpassed expectations, leaving me with lasting memories of a remarkable holiday.

We are about to leave today and our little girl has become ill and we've asked them to let us have the room untill we get our transport at 5pm to airport and they kindly allowed us to stay till 5pm which is very kind of them.
The staff are great, especially the guy's called Alfonso and Danny behind the bar were amazing.
We would recommend to anyone who's looking for a nice place to spend some quality time.

Entertainment team! Excellent. Get involved they love it and you will love the experiences! Tyrone especially will make you laugh. For the price we paid for a 4 star hotel this exceeds expectations.
Treat the bar staff right and they will treat you back in kind!
I always tip a little (I know its all inclusive). 20-50 cents here or there and I have found that the bar staff remember my order as I walk up to the bar! Danny is very chatty and friendly and a good laugh! Simon also very friendly and loves a laugh and silvia very friendly too and always smiles
Excellent choice of food each night (however some times slightly pink meat) snack bar food is also awesome.
All the staff are actually awesome and incredibly friendly as long as you treat them so. Seen some reviews here claiming staff are rude but sometimes it just takes a little patience and being calm yourself and the staff will do everything and anything that is asked.
Rooms are medium sized and beds are absolutely massive.

Absolutely loving holidaying here with my partner and kids. The pool was way too cold for me but the kids enjoyed it. Plenty to offer. Nightlife was fun. Only annoyance is the bar closes at 12 at night every night and only 1 smoking area.

After reading the reviews for the hotel following booking our holiday I was sceptical considering I was taking my 4 and 6 year old.

These reviews were blown out of the water!!

Our stay at Magic Rock from 5th to 12th November was amazing from start to finish and we were deeply saddened to be leaving.

We felt welcome when entering the hotel not only by the staff but also the decor which the kids loved. Our room was clean on arrival and kept clean and tidy thoughout. The whole hotel from top to bottom was clean and well looked after.

There was something available for all of us to eat on all meal times and safe to say we gained a few pounds. The drinks were brilliant and available until midnight with a wide variety and typical all inclusive measures.

The entertainment team were fantastic and my kids loved the disco everynight where they were welcomed and entertained in activities and onto the stage. The shows that were put on by the hotel were entertaining for all ages especially the Disney themed show that my daughters loved.

The outside pool area was clean and saw a good amount of sun considering the time of year. The pool was cold but what do you expect in November. All slides were accessible and good fun.

There are shops, bars and entertainment all withing walking distance. The beach is about 400m from the hotel that was clean with watersports available.

There is a hill up to the hotel but it is hardly mount kilimanjaro as other reviews make out.

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to people of all ages.

Best kid-friendly hotel in Benidorm 😁 We had all-inclusive, so we ate all the time, really nice and good selection of food. Aquapark is amazing, staff are friendly 😁 We had a nice and relaxing time here with my family.

This is an amazing hotel, a few minutes walk from the beach and shops, beautifully presented and very clean at all times. The team here are brilliant, can't do enough for the guests and all friendly and very helpful. Tony's bar is a hoot and there is often poolside entertainment. Food is amazing and so much choice. We love it here,this is our first visit but won't be our last.
