The place is a great value for money.

Everything is well run and on time, clean and neat!

The food was amazing and a lot of variety.

Lots of activities and games for kids during the day.

The room was clean and well taken care of.

The only thing I will give 3 stars is the interior design. The room furniture, though is super clean and neat, it needs a revamp.

The hotel interior design and room furniture looks out of date.

I haven’t visited yet but I’m meant to be coming here for a stag doo but been told different information on if stags are allowed in this hotel. So if anyone could let me know would be a massive help and much appreciated thank you

Stayed here July/August with the Mrs and two boys (9 & 10). We arrived early hours of the morning to find they had plated us all up with some salad, meats, sandwiches and fruit; lovely touch which was very welcome and appreciated. Rooms were clean and adequately equipped. Cleaners were around daily with fresh towels, and were all very friendly. Food was fresh and on point every day. Great variety, even for my picky eaters. Bit disappointed that the inflatable slide was only up for one day, and the room desperately missed a washing line outside to dry off wet clothes. That said we would come again and highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you for making our holiday a happy one!

Fantastic place, just stayed for our 2nd time and we managed to get rooms overlooking the pool and outside bar. Sadly on this occasion not much outside time due to awful weather, luckily for the children entertainment was put on and for adults the bar opened at 10am 😀😀
The hotel is very clean and all staff we came into contact with was very friendly, some of them was faces from our last visit May 2022. Would like to say thank you to Jorge on reception, the most friendliest person you'll ever meet, such a nice guy and always helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious, plenty of wardrobe space. There is a small fridge and also a safe in the rooms.
The food is varied and plenty of, the fussy eaters would even find something.
We'll be back, see you in 2024

Great hotel
Great location - nice and quiet, not too far from entertainment but quiet at night and beautiful views of the mountains!
The food was great, the staff were really helpful! We had a late night flight on returning and were allowed to use all facilities throughout the day after checkout, including a luggage room!

First time in this hotel and I will use it again. Opposite the Benidorm Palace so ideal for anyone going there. The hotel facilities were very good, a good selection of food to suite all tastes from the buffet. A large outdoor pool and a smaller indoor pool. Our room was spacious with a balcony. The hotel is quite a walk from the beach but I made it there and back. There is a number 10 bus every 20 minutes, outside the hotel, but you will need a mask to travel on public transport. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is really great. Could not fault it in any way. Very clean, food absolutely amazing, and I’m a fussy eater. Staff were wonderful. We came here October 2022. We loved it that much that we have booked to come again twice this year. Benidorm is a great place.

Our 4th stay at the hotel and as always a fantastic time had by all. Don't forget to book directly with the hotel and complimentary benidorm Palace tickets will be waiting for you on your arrival. We also opted for the branded drink selection for a few euros more per day . Hotel is spotless , food is of a high standard, lots of variety spannish or English food. On a couple of days , there was roast beef and Yorkshire pudding. Lager on draught is amstel and its lovely . The hotel has a policy (2 adult cards) per person when ordering drinks. Personally this isn't a problem for me and I never had to wait long for a drink . Night entertainment at times wasn't the best but the kids loved the mini disco . The staff are fantastic, Clara and Jose entertainment. Terri on the bar always likes a chat . Reception staff and restaurant staff deserve a mention too.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel its spotless rooms cleaned everyday, had no problems with food either had different themes every ngt so good choices. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from too and sun is out all day no shade at all. The entertainment guy is nice too cant remember his name but did morning games he looks after you.Teresa made us feel so welcome she is so lovely we will definitely go back next year.

Staff were spot on. The room was clean, a fair size. The food I can not fault at all. Amazing. The kids had a brilliant time with plenty of activities to do. The pool was well maintained however you need to be quick for a sun bed. Defo a 5☆

Beautiful modern hotel. Excellent choice of food, cooked well with great service.
Spacious clean rooms with mini fridge which is unusual for an AI room.
Entertainment varied each night and the whole team worked hard.
One of the best holidays we have had.

Fantastic hotel to use when visiting Benidorm or the Benidorm Palace which is directly opposite
Very clean large rooms with amazing staff (especially the boys at the bar)
Highly recommended 😎👌
