We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Didn't feel the need to visit the other hotels that we had access to.
Rooms were very clean, we were in premium so had plenty space. Or family was in one of the smaller ones, it was snug for a family of 3 but sufficient.
Food wasn't to our taste but fresh and well cooked so no complaints there.
Evening entertainment was different every night and had a very polished professional feel to it.
Staff were mostly friendly and attentive. Life guards at the poolside and slides were on the ball. Strict with the rules but friendly within that. We felt our 9yr old was safe at all times.

This is an amazing place for kids, with good restaurants and an amazing Kids Club. I want to say thank you in special to Maria Elena and the others kids supervisors because they ofer to my kids the best fun ever.
When we come first time to check in yo the resort we been meet only with smiles, and any problem was sorted on the spot.
You will find all the time spaces next to the swimming pools.
This place is special indeed.😁

Nice and great place, very well chosen theme. It was on New Year's Eve in winter, it was cold and I didn't manage to swim in the pool. On the one hand, everything seems to be fine, a convenient application, several restaurants and a lot of entertainment. But as you live through the day, you realize that not everything is so good. You have the app and you have everything included, but you still have to book a queue even at restaurants on the spot. And for such a vacation as SPA, you still need to go and pay at the Reception for other things like gloves for the SCATING ring (which you must buy, and get at the reception, but you find out about it only when they give skates, and it turns out they are not mandatory) or a deposit for a skate or scooter. You come to the ordered restaurant, they ask you for the QR code and, of course, the Wifi stops working, and you walk, catch it next to it or wait for it to appear, and the staff does not want to look for you by name and house number. You relax in the SPA, pay 80 euros for a private one, and when you come you realize that one bath does not work, and there is no jacuzzi and hydro massage, or rather, you need to look somewhere for a semi-small button size 2 euro on dark to turn them on. Then you see the massage services, ask if the service is available, they confirm it to you and send you to the reception, there is a hitch, they find out from each other and as a result, they say that it is not the season. Who works in your SPA and reception if no one knows up-to-date information? So there are a lot of little things, but this is not the main thing. The main thing is the plastic cards that are given to you in exchange for plastic cups. You can't come and get a cocktail or juice, you need either a euro or a card, then when you drink it, take it back and change it. They write this because of "Plastic and Ecology", although I understand that this is so that there is no unnecessary work with assembling glasses. Because I remember one dirty glass standing for two days on the main street of the park. They also have a very interesting room cleaning, you can wait all day for them to come, but they may never come, although you can see that there are a lot of workers and they are nearby. After cleaning, garbage and dirty laundry in bags lie outside your house for a couple of hours until they pick you up. Of course, it may seem that I am nitpicking, but this is a view from the outside. I would also add a review of the Italian café and Robin hood café, where you need to book a table in advance if you are premium or pay separately. Believe me, it's not worth your money and time. You need to change their theme or diversify the dishes. Special respect was aroused by the steak house, excellent waiters and delicious cooked food 10/10. In general, everything is fine, thanks to the staff at the reception, especially the Russian-speaking, I forgot to ask for his name. He told us everything and taught us how to use it. There is a lot of food in the buffet, there is always something to choose to eat. The rest was great. Thank you.

We visited Robin Hood for the waterpark so can't comment on rooms. Definitely a recommend if staying at the Magic resort hotels. Plenty of good rides, bars and food options. Lots of nice themed touches for the little kids.

Reception staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I got an upgrade due to a noise issue. The hotel is excellent for kids 2 night time shows 7 restaurants and the watersides are very good. We'll worth the money.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a holiday at the Magic Robin Hood Resort, and it was a truly magical experience. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional animation team, consisting of Joseph, Ann, and Will. They went above and beyond to keep guests entertained with their enthusiasm, creativity, and engaging activities. From morning till night, they ensured there was never a dull moment.
A special shoutout goes to Seve, who provided us with lovely care and made sure our needs were met throughout our stay. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction were highly appreciated.
However, what truly surprised us and made our holiday unforgettable was Megan from Jet2holiday. She arranged a delightful surprise for my son Olivier's birthday, which left us all incredibly touched and grateful. It's these personal touches that make a holiday truly memorable.
In summary, our holiday at Magic Robin Hood Resort was made exceptional by the incredible animation team, especially Joseph, Ann, and Will, the lovely care from Seve, and the heartfelt surprise orchestrated by Megan. It's a place where magic truly happens, and we can't wait to return defo next year.

Loved everything it was PERFECT! Recommended for any holidays. I had the ultra all inclusive pass and when I say it's worth it ITS WORTH IT especially because it's so cheap compared to other places. And the benefits of stuff outside the resort with it Is so good. Also the location is only a 13 mins taxi ride to ANYWHERE. Beach , restaurants , zoo and water parks ITS AMAZING

A great, family friendly holiday park / hotel with pretty lanes linking the different parts of the resort. Worth paying for the ultra all inclusive package because the food is much better. Our two kids (aged 10 and 6) had an awesome time and especially loved the medieval show. It’s true the lodges are semi detached so if you have noisy neighbours you know about it. The only negatives I’d mention are that it can be difficult to book meals for early time slots and that, since we were a bit hot at night in May/June, then I reckon it would be uncomfortably hot in August.

we had a fantastic holiday here and this is our honest review based on our experience.
This resort is super clean, always people out and about tidying and cleaning, gardening etc.
the activities are super fun and we absolutely loved the pool. it was always clean and tidy and loads of fun.
the life guards where mainly always very good and vigilant which is fab, we did notice the odd couple sat on there phones not paying attention which for that kind of job is a no go but most was amazing.
The bar staff all over where all welcoming friendly and polite :)
The rooms where fab, we had the new sherwood lodges and it had everything we needed, was modern and clean, well thought out & organised!
The cleaners who came to the rooms differed, 1 day we had a full beds made, fridges refilled and swept, towels changed etc and then for a few days there had just been our bed made and no new towels etc.
Not the end of the world was still lovely accommodation!
The resort is very close to benidorm and to the water parks and zoo etc so great location if you want to go out and about, we enjoyed the site so much we didn't venture out to much but was all nice and close.
So the food! For me this is a big one as i'm a veggie.
All the themed restaurants where the food was plated and was off a menu were accommodating and nice.
The golden arrow everybody else who eat meat thought it was great there was absolutely loads to choose from and always something for everyone. A huge selection!
Me being a veggie found it quite hard (the do a small veggie selection in one area for the main courses, i'm a-bit picky and wasn't my choice of food but i understand u can't please everyone)
i would of lived on salad and chips or potatoes etc but all the other veggie options like chips (where placed in-between meats and fish etc)
the salad bar there was often tuna there and all the cheeses were put in trays next to and in-between cured meats... i seem on several occasions people using the utensils for the cheese and them getting some meat which obviously ruined it for me.
my suggestion would be to have a fully veggie salad bar, some cheeses, chips, near the veggie section away from all the meats and fish so there would be no worry of contamination for a veggie or vegan as that was the downside for me.
And lastly the entertainment, there was often something on to watch and it was all good, however your in spain and obviously a lot was in spanish (which u should expect visiting another country) the staff did do translations and always made the effort to try and suit everyone but it can be a little hard to follow.
All in all great place and would definitely return, thanks for an amazing holiday!

We visited in the May Bank Holiday weekend. As a family with 3 young boys, the lodge (Sherwood) was clean with ample room for us even though we spent most of the days out, enjoying the facilities. The pools were great albeit a little on the cool side, the boys had wetsuits so we're able to swim for ages. We always managed to get at least a couple of sun-loungers close enough to keep an eye on the boys. Plenty of lifeguards on duty to keep everyone safe. The food was good, even catering for a number of allergies. All in all a good all inclusive break for a family with young kids.

My wife and I went here in May 2023 with our 17 month old boy. It was an incredible first family holiday. I'm pretty sure we'll be back every few years as our son will enjoy it more and more as he grows up.
The location was perfect with day trips to the beach and zoo around 15 minutes. Reception are quick and responsive when it comes to booking Taxis and answering any questions.
There's a great vibe about the place. It's truly unique. Just a lovely atmosphere.
The value for money is staggering, we were around £1300 for 7 days in a 1 Bedroom Lodge on Nottingham Street and we more than got our moneys worth. With 3 meals per day plus an always open snack van, unlimited drinks including booze, ye canny complain.
Although we never got a seat or food the Medieval Dinner was unbelievable. What a great show for the kids and the adults. They are very talented and something we'll do again.
Thanks Robin Hood.

The Magic Robin Hood Resort is a Medieval Themed holiday in Benidorm.
We have been here a few days now and have thoroughly enjoyed it so far.
The food is great, the staff are very friendly and accomdating and the lodges are perfect.
There are two main pools with flumes and slides, two areas for kids around the pools.
The main pool also has soft play under cover for the younger ones.
Drinks are free flowing and enough food for you to gain a few of those pre holiday lost pounds.
Benidorm is a short 15 (ish) Euro ride away, for the beach and sea.... and some interesting sights and smells.
Entertainment is amazing we went to the Medieval night last night, which is based around the story of Robin Hood. It was great, you ate as a member of the crowd would at a jousting contest, with fingers. The food there was great when catering for such a high capacity of people.
All in all this is a great holiday destination.
Transfer from Alicante Airport by private taxi took about 40 minutes.
