SEAT Sala Marina - Alfaz del Pi

I have had a realy good experiance at the Seat dealer. I was helped quick, seriously and very friendly.
My lock was broken on my back door and people stole my tools.
So it had to be repaired quickly. I came to the desk, was helped instantly and got an appointment in 2 days.
Repair went well en the coffee was great.
Thanks for helping me out.

Recently had my car serviced, everything was great. They were quick, easy to book and cleaned the car. Will definitely use again and both members of the service team that i spoke to were really helpful, Carlos is great.

Mijn Golf GTE had een enorm probleem met de software waardoor veel functies, waaronder ABS, navigatie en adaptieve cruise control het niet meer deden. De auto is ruim een uur in de werkplaats geweest. Het probleem hebben zij verholpen, helemaal gratis.

Top Service. Mein Auto hatte einen defekten Temperaturfühler, wodurch ich Angst hatte, dass das Auto während unserer 2000km Reise nach Deutschland auf der Autobahn liegen bleibt. Ich konnte das Problem dem Service Mitarbeiter Carlos auf englisch beschreiben und er hatte sich sofort um einen Termin, noch vor unserer Abreise, gekümmert. Das defekte Teil wurde rechtzeitig getauscht und wir konnten sorgenfrei und ohne Probleme nachhause fahren. Super Service 👍👍👍

Una trato amable y profesional, los coches de sustitución (al menos el que me ha tocado a mí) no es de hace 10 años lo cual se agradece un montón. Maximiliano me ha atendido y resultó todas mis dudas sin problema y con amabilidad. Se nota que es la casa y no un taller cualquiera.

Trato de 10 y rapidez en el servicio. La atención, muy agradable, como siempre. Si surge algún problema, basta con comentarlo y se preocupan en solucionarlo. Muy recomendable.

Op het laatste moment moest ik met de auto een lange trip van 2000+ kilometer maken en ben de dag ervoor langs Seat Sala Marina geweest met de vraag of ze een korte check up konden doen. Binnen 30 minuten was alles geregeld en gecontroleerd en kon ik met een gerust gevoel de lange trip aanvangen. Ik mocht hier niets een voor betalen. Wat een geweldige service! Een groot compliment aan Maximilian die mij zo fijn geholpen heeft! Dit is al onze 2e auto die wij hier gekocht hebben en we zijn meer dan tevreden! Dank!
