Hotel Catalonia Mirador des Port

Very nicely situated hotel with great breakfast. The Staff was very friendly. We initially booked rooms overlooking the sea but we were not happy with the room itself. The Staff was very accommodating and changed our room to much nicer rooms that were available. The room situated in the upper levels were extremely nice and spacious, everything was very new and comfortable.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. Very beautiful ambience. Huge rooms with good facilities. The view from the hotel is superb as it is located near to Mahon Port.
Staff is very polite.

Just 5kms from the airport and even the bus stop is at 750 metres ( for local travel)

Stayed for 7 nights in September and it was a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Arrived early and had such a warm welcome, including an upgrade to a lovely garden view room. Room was spacious, very clean, efficient aircon and well maintained. Breakfast was superb and worth the extra costs, the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean, with lots of sun loungers although the water temperature was a little on the cool side. The food truck is again good for a beer, soft drink or nachos with friendly service. Location is great both on the level to Mahon centre or down the hill to the port area. We hired a car from (ablacars who i would also recommend) and did find parking near the hotel a little bit difficult depending on the time you return but the hotel also offers parking if needed. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back next time we are in Menorca.

Really great service from the front desk, the room & cleaning service, therestaurant warm, nice welcome the food is good really helpful, swimming pool is great with a great bar to help in case of thirst. A gym quiet convenient, a perfect location with nice view on yhe port, not far at all from the downtown. thanks a lot to the whole team we had a great stay.

Great efficient, helpful, smiling, professional staff across all departments of the hotel.
The facilities were crisp and clean with tasteful decor. Good outdoor space and pool which is at a premium in Mahon.

Great breakfast food and atmosphere. Spa was ok. Rooms were great.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with a variety of choices, clean facilities, calm atmosphere - great value for money! The only downside was the thin bathroom door which is not a proper door. Thank you!

the masseur was really amazing and a such kind person. He Made me feel confortable on all season and also helped me with my sore back. He is a such amazing professional.

Amazing hotel, staff were very accommodating with keeping ahold of luggage and allowing guests to use facilities after checkout, great customer service, amazing pool and jacuzzi, would highly recommend this hotel, amazing views of the port.

Magnifique bus très bien placé tout à fait acceptable en basse saison, la climatisation de notre chambre est en panne et la salle de bain aurait mérité d'être un petit peu mieux nettoyer avant notre arrivée. Par la suite, le service fut de grande qualité et rien à redire contre un entretien des chambres. Le personnel est chaleureux et accueillant, le restaurant est très bon et offre une magnifique vue sur le port et le musée. Le parking voiture est très pratique 42 € les 3 jours. La meva estada a l’hotel ha estat l’escapada que necessitava. Instal·lacions i habitació impecables, equip molt amable, en especial Ainhoa i Bryan. Molt recomanable l’spa i els seus tractaments de la mà de Gisela, increïble. Torno segur.

Hotel magnifique à 5min à pieds de l'hyper centre-ville.
Cadre magnifique surplombant le port. Une équipe souriante, accueillante et super sympa.
La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
La piscine est super.
Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.

On recommande à 2000%. A notre prochain voyage à Minorque, nous réserverons à nouveau avec vous.

Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines, c'était parfait.
La rénovation est récente, les infrastructures sont excellentes : chambre, spa, restaurant, bar.
Les plats proposés également, nous nous sommes régalés.
Notre chambre donnait sur le jardin, la vue est splendide.
Les réceptionnistes se sont chargés de nous louer une voiture, nous l'avons récupérée et rendue sur place. Nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour la stationner dans la rue où il y a de nombreuses places de parking gratuites.
Le personnel est très agréable, bref, séjour réussi.

Hotel reformat amb tots els luxes. Les habitacions molt maques i el llit super comode. Molt aprop del centre i a la vegada molt tranquil per descansar. Recalacar la neteja i l'amabilitat i la paciència de les senyores de la neteja.
El bufet es de proximitat i de primera qualitat. Moltes a gràcies a Laura per la teva profesionalitat fer-nos agradables els esmorzars!!!

Con vistas espectaculares, se aprecia el amanecer desde la habitacion. Valoro mucho todas las opciones veganas que tienen en el bufet del desayuno. Lo unico que veo un poco justo son los baños de las habitaciones...y me sorprendio que no hubiese escobilla de baño en ninguna. Aparcar en la calle es casi mision imposible y no tienen parking gratuito para los clientes. El check out era a las 12 pero fueron muy amables y como teniamos el vuelo por la noche, nos guardaron el equipaje y dejaron q nos duchasemos en el wc de la piscina ( q esta muy bien) antes de coger el avion!
