La Mi Venta

Beautiful restaurant near the Palacio de Real. We were seated in the cellar dining room, which is a nice intimate space. Our server was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable of the menu (and spoke English).

The menu has many options, my partner and I shared several small and large plates, and all were nicely prepared and very tasty. Make sure to try the delicious Acorn- Fed 100% Iberian Ham. There is also a nice selection of wines.

Amazing food, location and service. Our server Fernando was fantastic. We spoke no Spanish and he was so accommodating. The location was also so cool. Where we sat looked like an old cellar. Plus, the food was awesome! Definitely would recommend to go hear.

Glad I stopped here after walking by the palace. Iberian ham was a must! Got to sit outside lovely day, nice servers, had the supreme grilled Hake 👍. Best part was the dessert gin tonic sorbet with strawberries! 5/5

We had the most intimate and special birthday experience. The food was incredible. Our wine was local and simply divine. Our wait staff was beyond attentive (Fernando and Alexandra) . Dessert was impeccable (we had four).

The overall experience could not have been better as it was my girlfriend’s birthday and they made certain to make it incredibly special for the both us.

We had an amazing experience at La Mi Venta. Not only was the food fantastic, the service was exceptional and our waiter, Jonathan, provided Michelin star level service and made the entire dining experience special and memorable. We definitely wouldn’t mind visiting this restaurant again on our next trip to Madrid!

Loved the ambiance and decor of this restaurant. The food was good and the service was great! We had a tapas la mi venta alongside two glasses of wine. The food was good, but the complimentary olive oil dip was the star of the meal for me. It was just too good. They also served a complimentary vanilla-baileys shot after the meal, which was pretty good too, and it did the job of dessert for us.

Dropped by on a rainy day in Madrid for lunch right after Royal Palace visit. Impeccable hospitality with 2 small cups of homemade iberico pork soup as welcome ‘drink’. Food was superb - ordered a plate pf cold cuts, a green garden salad, and a grilled iberico pork, and a glass of house red. Delicious! Old school traditional establishment with a very chilled and cozy Spanish tapas vibe.

Lovely little cozy downstairs restaurant. We were very well looked after by Angie. We were greeted with bone broth, had an incredible T-bone steak and were given aperitifs on the house at the end.

Perfect for my fiance's birthday and at a very fair price, highly recommended.

Went here for its famous paella and it was simply amazing. Looks good and tastes better. The reception was very nice. The restaurant was located in a lovely street with comfortable outdoor seats. Everything was outstanding!

One of the best places we had ever been! Don’t go without reservation. Stay there . Very good . The steak was awesome. The BBQ on charcoal is great .

Great place to have Spanish food. The tapas were delicious. We also had the entrecot which was grilled and tasted amazing. Wine selection also great. The service is as friendly and helpful. Recommend to make a reservation.

Fantastic family dinner tonight. From the moment we got there the service, attention, guidance, food quality, wine, was so good. Admittedly we were there early (19h30-21h10) and it was filling up to the point of queuing by the time we left but I’d really go again any time we have the chance to do so. We had the seafood paella, entrecôte steak, bull tail gyoza, burrata salad, jamón starter and some desserts to share - yes a lot! - and it was all so tasty.

Fabulous dinner tonight. Red wine and food was best example of Spanish cuisine.

What an experience !

The place has a rustic feel to it. It is Long-running, family-owned place for Iberian ham, wine & tapas, with a bar, 2 salons & a terrace.

Book in advance as reservations are recommended and the place fills up quickly. Option to sit outside (if it’s warm enough) or inside.

We ordered sea food paella and beef. The sea food was fresh and so tasty !

Special mention to the service. It was smooth, quick. I wish I had gotten the name of the person . The server was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and wine.

Excellent warm welcoming staff! I enjoyed my server Almudena whom provided me with exactly the experience I was looking for. Almudena had several suggestions that turned out delicious, along with making my time spent at La Mi Venta very memorable.

Excellent service and good quality. Perfect spot to bring foreigners (and locals why not) who want to try Authentic Spanish food.

It was the most friendly, authentic and tasteful place we have eaten in all our travels. The food was from heaven, good prices and the waiter, a person who assured to make the most of our lunch and he offered rich information about Spanish cuisine. We really need to come back.

Service was excellent and waitress spoke english.

T-bone is a must have! Its perfectly seared at the surface, and perfectly seasoned.

Everything was perfect. Food was delicious, the service was very polite and professional (we were served by Luis). We really recommend taking paella for 2 people - it is really big and three of us struggled to eat all of it!

We have a great dinner tonight, food is good and also Sandy has a great service.
I will definitely recommend!
