Supermercados Dia

Great place to get a few goodies super close to Gran Vía, prices very reasonable.

I find the Dia Super Mercado a popular choice for tourists, like me, visiting Spain, as it is well-stocked with all the necessary items that they may need, including food, drinks, and toiletries.

The stores carry a wide variety of local and international brands, so tourists can find everything they need, from basic staples to specialty items. They also have a good selection of welcome gifts, such as Spanish wine, sweets, cheese, and olive oil.

I found this Dia store so conveniently located near our hotel in the Opera district.

They have a wide variety of products. Their cookies are really good.

good selection of fruit vegetable and meat! also have this cool bread slicer, fresh orange juicer and pineapple slicer.

We stayed in an airbnb just down the road and were very impressed by the selection of foods, DIA own-label products, the usual friendly Spanish tolerance of English-only speakers and the prices. Relatively vast store for a central location, long opening hours and fast service. Failed to find butter, cream and cordial/squash drinks. Purchased lots of different types of melon.

The breakfast section is great with various kinds of breads and sandwiches/rolls. The best part was the fresh orange juice machine. You simply grab a bottle and fill freshly squeezed orange juice right away. As a traveler, it was very very convenient for me to grab a healthy breakfast from Dia in a very good price.

Ihave just did shopping in this store.Bought fresh bread, sausage, cheese, fruits , yogurt. Everything fresh and tasty. Price very good

New renovation is fantastic! The store feels much more relaxing and organized!
