Easy access from the city centre, you can go up to the castle from there.

Lovely park, with stunning views of castle and city skyline. Each terrace of garden seemed to have its individual planting scheme, but all seemed as one. Some secret little pathways created the sense of adventure. Had a drink on the balcony of restaurant, waitress was friendly.

One of the best places to see Alicante and its sunset.
You could also enjoy a nice dinner at L’Ereta restaurant where you may find some of the most local ingredients of Alicante province.

Simply the best spot ..and secret location to enjoy at best the most beautiful landscape of Alicante ! ... a nice walk starting in Parque De La Ereta will bring you to discover the Castillo de Santa Barbara and the different points of view... including terraces and small gardens overlooking the Sea , the old part of the city...better known as Barrio... .and the blue Sky! Perfect location for those who loves taking stunning pictures.

Absolutely loved this area... get your hiking boots on or whatever is comfortable.
You'll be blown away by it.

The most beautiful park within a city what I have seen! Lush natural phenomenon of mediterranean plants combined with a steep hillclimb, an outdoor gym and breathtaking views of both a marina and the oldtown.

Fantastic views over Alicante. A good exercise if you walk all the way up. You can easily spend 2-3 hours here going through the museum and dining in the restaurant.

Beautiful park with even better views both out to the sea and of the city. It's lovely to walk around and up the hill towards the castle. Each bit of the park is as interesting as the next!

The view is stunning! The park is well mantained

The park climbs it's way up the side of the hill that Santa Barbara castle is on and from it's slopes there are excellent views of the city, coast and mountains.

Beautiful view of Alicante. Quiet park to exercise, or just be. It's a steep walk up so wear comfortable shoes.

A must for all visitors in Alicante. You can take the lift up and walk down or walk the road up and down on the wall.
