Apartamentos Loar

This is one of the most amazing small hotels I have ever stayed in. Family owned and run, staff total professional, wonderful kitchen, don't miss the Menu de Dia Especial.

Conveniently central with good bus routes to Ciutadella, Mao and Cala Galdana. Apartment rooms were good enough size and very clean. Personally I would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee in the room but not a big issue.
Food in the restaurant was lovely and the roof top pool was nice.
Locally, there are supermarkets and an array of cafes and bars with a good choice of food and drink.

The rooms were clean and fully equipped and the restaurant was excellent. It is a family business and they were all super nice and helpful. The location (Ferreries) is also very handy as the hotel is in the center of the island so we were close to everything.
100% recommended, we'll definitely come back!

This hotel is very centrally located on the island, making it especially desirable if renting a car and wanting to explore each region of the island as we did. With just a 10-30 minute drive you can easily access pretty much anywhere on the island. Parking was only available on side streets, but fairly easy to figure out and convenient. Bus service runs through town for those who don’t have access to a car.

We stayed in a studio apartment (#103) which made our three week stay especially pleasant. The twin beds were adequate, though perhaps a bit on the hard side. The balcony overlooked an inner courtyard area with a view of the hills in the distance. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, dish soap, cloths and more. The fridge/freezer worked great and allowed us to be prepared with frozen water bottles prior to each of our beach days and hiking treks. The bathroom was beautifully remodelled. Housekeeping staff kept the room impeccably clean and tidy each and every day.

The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were lovely, with a spectacular view of the town and surrounding hills. Tables and loungers were available for use.

The reception desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Maria Angeles, Fabian and Deri for your hospitality. They certainly set the tone for our stay with their friendly greetings upon our comings and goings and tourist tips. We were especially grateful to Deri (one of the owners) who graciously accommodated our late request for visiting friends to have a suite near us for their time with us.

We ate a few times at the attached bar restaurant. Prices were very reasonable, with generous portions of delicious food.

One of our favorite parts of this location was the opportunity to be at the center of a real town community rather than the seasonal tourist towns. Just steps away from the hotel was the town square with surrounding shops and restaurants, live music and dancing, a gelato shop and pastesserie. It was a unique and joyous experience to be able to soak in a different community and culture.

We would not hesitate to return and we would highly recommend this hotel and location, especially to those who rent a car and want to explore. Loar Ferreries is a wonderful “home base” while on holidays!

I stayed here when I was doing part of the cami de Cavalls. It is a really smart hotel in ferreríes in a central location. Extremely clean and the staff were really kind and helpful.

Quisiera hacer una valoración muy especial de la estancia en los APARTAMENTOS LOAR , DEL HOTEL LOAR FERRERIES . Estuve alojada en el mes de Marzo del 2023 fue una estancia muy especial. El edificio en el centro de Ferreries es muy auténtico se siente la historia del lugar. Quisiera hacer especial mención al personal del Hotel que fueron excepcionales conmigo en cuanto a profesionalidad como calidad humana. El apartamento muy espacioso, acogedor y luminoso. Con una cocina muy bien equipada y todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta en el centro de la isla de Menorca.

Hotel sin grandes lujos pero muy limpio y acogedor, buen trato y familiar. Comida excelente.

Destacar la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores del hotel, super simpáticos y nos ayudaron muchísimo para descubrir la isla.
El hotel está muy buen ubicado en el centro de la isla, para llegar en media hora a todos los sitios. Además el último día nos dejaron usar un baño de cortesía y así poder disfrutar un día más de la isla antes de coger el avión.

Ferreries es un lugar muy tranquilo,se come genial y súper buen precio.Alquilamos una moto y está muy bien comunicado,llegas a cualquier parte de la isla en un momento.

He estat allotjat per feina. El tracte ha estat perfecte. Molt amables. Amb bufet al mati i bar al costat per si no ho tens o no vols i prefereixes alguna cos diferent. He estat un dia als apartaments: molt be, complerts i nets. Instal·lacions algo antigues pero en perfecte estat. I una nit a Hotel, Habitació: molt molt maca i amb tot el mobiliari i bany mes modern.

Estància perfecte en tots els sentits

Hôtel super ! Les chambres sont grandes, très pratique et très propre avec petite kitchenette et petit balcon !
La piscine et le jacuzzi sur le rooftop sont incroyables et souvent calme (pas trop de monde, ouvert de 9h-21h)
Pensez à acheter de l'eau 💧l'eau du robinet n'est vraiment pas bonne ! Les places autour de l'hotel sont chères, ne revenez pas trop tard...

Camere pulite, personale cordiale. Posto molto curato. Consiglio a tutti. Sicuramente tornerò. Location byona per raggiungere tutti i punto dell'isola. Prezzi giusto per i servizi offerti e per chi cerca appartamenti.

Alquilamos un estudio y perfecto para recorrer la isla e ir a dormir, con una pequeña cocina que tiene todo lo necesario. Todo el hotel y la habitaciones muy limpio y huele muy bien. La ubicacion perfecta, está en el centro de la isla muy cerca de mitjana y a 20-30 minutos del resto de las calas. Y con piscina y jacuzzi en la azotea! Y la atención excelente!!Si vuelvo repetiré sin duda! 10/10

Hemos tenido una estancia de 10. La piscina y el jacuzzi del ático son lo mejor que tiene el alojamiento sin duda, pero también destaco una limpieza impecable, el equipamiento completísimo del apartamento, las instalaciones y la amabilidad del personal. Por no hablar de la ubicación del pueblo de Ferrerías, que para mí, es la mejor para moverte fácilmente por toda la isla.

Nos quedamos 4 días en apartamento, muy bien con todo lo necesario y básico.
La limpieza un 10, ya que al ser apartamento también te hacen la habitación.
El servicio y personal muy agradables.
Tiene piscina interior climatizada y exterior con jacuzzi y piscina grande ( no honda, para estar con niños perfecta)

Sin duda, volveria a repetir.

Excelente hotel y apartamentos en Ferreries(Menorca). Muy bien ubicado, en el centro de isla, permite desplazarse a cualquier lugar en tan solo apenas 15 o 20 minutos.
Magnífico servicio por parte de todos sus empleados, tanto de recepción, restaurante (destacar profesionalidad y simpatía de Tito) y de la cafetería (impresionante servicio de Ana).
La comida correcta con platos muy abundantes.
Muy buen servicio de limpieza de los apartamentos.
Por último, una pequeña recomendación constructiva si me lo permiten los dueños. La piscina al aire libre, dispone de un magnífico solárium pero también se agradecería que pusieran dos o tres sombrillas, porqué la sombra también es agradable después de un baño de sol.
