Horrible service and incompetent staff. No one answers emails or calls and wastes your time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME INVESTING YOUR MONEY HERE.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Everything is smiles and help, UNTIL YOU SIGN. After you sign, consider yourself worthless to them. They have your money, house, everything.

Absolutely horrible experience, I don´t understand how a German bank operates in this manner.

Worse bank in Madrid. Never go, avoid at all costs. Incompetent staff that acts busy whilst eating sandwiches. You can demand better from your banking institution.

Terrible service l have rphone sent emails letter have no reply, for more than three weeks of persistant trying. Tried malaga and even madrid an ignorant incompitant bank

No support for English customers. My bank account was kept on hold for 1 month and when I asked them not to activate my account, they activated and started deducting saying that my salary was not credited. Tried contacting the manager but no reply. Absolutely pathetic. Worst bank I have ever been part of.

Una vergüenza. Llamas por teléfono nadie te lo coge, sea la hora que sea, el gestor que te corresponde tampoco te coge el teléfono.
Ya por cansancio fui a la oficina, ya que necesito hacer un trámite y que me informasen y la única solución que me dan es el correo de la señora que es la gestora, la cual no responde al teléfono y mucho menos el correo responde.
Es más difícil que ir al médico. De vergüenza
