Really good place to spend a few days in Madrid.
The rooms are very clean, with their own heating/cooling system, and comfortable and big beds. I missed a coffee machine, but it is possible to order at the bar from 08.00.
Staff members are really nice and helpful.
It has a restaurant on the ground floor so it can be a bit noisy until 23.00, but not after that time.
It is located in a street full of restaurants, in a very vivid areas of Madrid.

Top location, on the best street for tapas and so easy to reach everywhere. We booked a room for two nights, extremely clean, large, beautiful decoration. True there is a restaurant downstairs but it really quieted down after 11pm. And who wants to sleep at that hour in Madrid at the weekend? No noise at all from the street, excellent double windows. Most silent air conditioning system I've seen in a hotel. Absolutely lovely staff at the reception, gave us great tips about the area and how to make the most out of our stay.

We only had wine and lunch there and we didn't stay.

The service, atmosphere, food and wines were absolutely fantastic. Price was good too. I highly recommend the huevos rotos and parrillada de verduras con queso de cabra.

Stayed here 3 nights, staff was friendly and helpful. The room had an original interior above the restaurant with a cool style, comfy bed and the cleaning was excellent. Really nice shower and the location is exceptional! You are in the best food district, right outside the door! Did not try the restaurant but we got a welcome drink on arrival, a really nice touch!

A great find. It is a small boutique hotel with comfortable rooms (excellent bed), delightful and helpful staff (particularly Daniella), contemporary fixtures and very good breakfast and restaurant (try the croquettes). Good value. The neighborhood couldn't be better, with many restaurants and bars, a nearby supermarket, short walk to Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol and the La Latina Metro station. Highly recommended.

Small but nice. Small boutique hotel with limited amenities. The rooms were a good size, they were clean and comfortable and many have nice balconies looking out to the street below. The hotel lobby is essentially the restaurant on the ground floor. Very good service. Wifi was spotty. Get the breakfast...it was really good. Excellent location...walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Unless you go to bed really early there will be little noise from the restaurant below. Would come back again !

We stayed here for 7 nights. The location is good: close to Plaza major, but still relatively quite. The rooms are modern, while the hotel itself still has kept its quaint. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are good. I very much recommend it.

I had a parmasano burger and it was amazing!

The meat was fresh and high quality, it had a sweet grilled onion sauce with mustard and cheese. Very yummy!

The decor is nice, there's a bar and a fancier dinning room with table cloth.
They also have a big selection of wine.

A wonderful, unique hotel in a great location, just a few minutes walk to Plaza Mayor. Very friendly and helpful staff. The gentleman at the front desk allowed us to check in very early, as our room was ready. We were so thankful after an all night flight. The room was great with a balcony and comfy king size bed and great shower. Hotel has an incredible wine selection and the breakfast buffet was excellent! We enjoyed Madrid so much were already planning our next visit and we will definitely be booking at Posada del León de Oro.

I absolutely love this hotel. Nice view on balcony, great customer service and it’s located in perfect walking distance. Nateo is also quite possibly my favorite person ever! I will definitely visit again next year. But do come after August because many things are closed for vacation

Very nice food and service. There is a very wide variety of wines available and they also have rooms should you be interested. However check room availability ahead of time. The only weird experience was the porc year dish, but that is stricly a matter of taste. You might actually like it if you know what you're getting into.

We found this place by chance, and was quite pleasantly surprised by the convenience that this accomodation option brings. It's close to most tourist attractions and restaurants in Madrid, and the prices of rooms are very reasonable. Don't expect too much service, as there's only one if not two people manning the reception of this hotel. They have a restaurant, and a bar here, and you don't necessarily have to stay here to enjoy the other amenities.

A lovely, boutique hotel with a great place to eat. This hotel is an old “corrala”, typical of the historical center of Madrid. A “corrala”, usually, was working class building with an interior courtyard. However, this building also has a “portalón”, which is where carriages/carts would come through the building. So, there must of being some sort of shop that needed things to be transported. At the end of the building, we can also see the remains of the old Medieval Christian fortification walls of Madrid.

Overall, a cool place to get a caña or glass of wine.

Beautiful neighborhood, lovely hotel, friendly staff. The hotel is very close to tourist attractions such as Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, museums and lot more. It's easy to get to it from the Barajas airport by metro (lines 8, 10 and 5) or taxi/Uber. Rooms are very unique, elegant and nice.

Refined former cattle yard with glass floors. We had several bottles of wine and many plates of appetizers, and the bill was alarmingly low. Not a bad plate on the menu that I could see.

Great location, very clean and SAFE! Friendly staff! My full recommendation with no limitation! Consider: no parking possibilities close. Got an expensive ticket for overstay parking! We come again - for sure!

This place is fantastic, location very good, the staff is hyper friendly. It is a great place to try out.

Everything about this place is amazing - people, atmosphere, wine, food. My friend and I ate here and were absolutely stunned as to how delicious everything was, don’t miss out!
