Servitur is een zeer bureaucratisch gerund bedrijf waar contactpersonen eindeloos op vakantie zijn en je steeds van het kastje naar de muur wordt gestuurd. Blijkbaar is er weinig concurrentie in het Spaanse als Nederlands sprekend bureau waardoor het totaal niet van belang is om hun klanten op redelijke termijn ten dienste te staan.

Teleurstellend. Slecht bereikbaar. Geen correcte voorstelling van kosten, schrijven met een vork, rekenen iedere mail en telefoon met speed klok. Verrassings afrekening met communicatie kosten (??). Rekenen zaken die standaard behoren tot compleet dienstenpakket.
Geen beantwoording van vragen of duurt heel lang, in document worden verkeerde naw en persoonsgegevens gecommuniceerd die wel correct aan hen zijn doorgegeven, tijdens tekenen zijn er nog steeds onbeantwoorde vragen. Onzorgvuldig. Update kennis twijfelachtig.
Spelen op gemoed van oudere Nederlanders.
