Cafeteria Ca'n Bep

One of the best Paella in Mercadal🥘! We loved having the Weekday Tapas, Saturday Fideos and Sunday Paella. We enjoy friendly service staff, very reasonable price, most delicious tapas and amazing taste paella.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner at Ca’n Bep in the outdoor terrace, on one of the main squares of Se Mercadal. The service was great, very friendly and attentive. The tapas were really tasty, they offer regional products (Mahon cheese, Sobresada) and we tried the homemade cheesecake, which was yummy. We also had great wines by the glass. All in all very good value for the food and drinks. Would highly recommend!

We came here first time over a week ago and came back everyday since. The food is fantastic ( I recommend the crujientes de cuixot, carne con piemento, croquetas de jamon, pulpo con cebolla, queso, chipirones fritos and for sure the patatas all I oli!) and for wine Enate! Prices are amongst the best of the island and quality is excellent! Local owners that care about their products and clients (they even gave me a dry t-shirt because I was soaked from a short but heavy rainfall). Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Great place. Amazing tapas. The goat cheese salat, although a bit too sweet for me, was very filling and tasty.

Extensive menu, nice for a long afternoon of drinks and tapas. Not too pricey and the staff is pleasant. The bocadillos were good too.

Only had a beer. People seemed happy with their lunch meals. It looked clean, the bar and the restroom. Prices as usual for Menorca, never cheap...

Can't remember the name of the town this cafe is in, but we were driving through it and saw the cafe and had to stop, it looked so inviting. We have no Spanish, so very impressed with the staff doing their best to get our order, thank you. The food was brought out quickly and was good and tasty. Sitting outside in the sun sipping our coffee here was just lovely.

An authentic Minorcan bar in the centre of Mercadal which offers delicious tapas - I usually order the homemade ham croquettes. The sobrasada & honey ones are tasty too!
I could spend hours sitting on the terrace here soaking up the Mercadal atmosphere.
It's such good value for money and the service is great too!

Centrally located bar at the heart of Mercadal there is always something happening, they have an interesting range of tapas & its a great spot to people watch.

Disappointed only found this on last day in Menorca menu of the day €6.5 for main, drink and desert great value and Fideua fabulous

We went twice in 3 days. Best choice quality/place/price in ciutadella!

Fideua for lunch delicious followed by the most delicious cheesecake wow.
