I was AMAZED by the view and out balcony! It has to be the most beautiful place to stay in Benidorm. The staff were really lovely to us and the foyer is really nice. The room itself isn't anything amazing in itself but the balcony, view and location make it the best place to stay in Benidorm. I had the hot tub all to myself the morning I tried it (February morning) and the views again were stunning. I cant fault the place and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This is an excellent hotel in the old town area of Benidorm, overlooking the sea (see the attached photo). As a solo traveller I opted for a single room, which was small, but with a good sized bed (small double). The ensuite had a large walk-in shower and everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. From the bedroom window I did have a view of the sea, but there are even better views from the large roof terrace, which also has a jacuzzi.

TIP: Pay the extra to have half board because this allows you to have your evening meal as well as your breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel (D-Vora - I've left a separate review). You simply choose items from the a la carte menu, which is far better than the usual buffet that is offered in most resort hotels.

TIP: Book directly with the hotel for the best deal. I booked online during Black Friday week and received a 10% discount. It was a bargain - only 799 Euros for 9 nights half board.

Excellent hotel, felt very welcoming from the start
. All the staff speak good English and are very friendly and courteous. Location was excellent, we stayed bed breakfast and evening meal and enjoyed everything we had. The food lives up to the hotels name , always fresh , excellent presentation and tastes as good as it looks. The views from the hotel are amazing, breakfast on the balcony is a must , nice touch having a jacuzzi on the roof too , wish the rooftop bar was open more though. We will definitely stay again.

Staff incredibly friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help and make your stay as carefree as possible. Location and views unbeatable. Bar and restaurant outstanding in quality and selection. Spotlessly clean. Facilities and services offered are excellent. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in this area after this experience. Thank you!

Brilliant hotel, right on the cliff, cracking views, and right by the beach. Nice quiet area by the church. Staff exceptional, really friendly and helpful, breakfast is lovely especially if you can sit on the terrace!

What a fabulous experience. Stayed for a night in January for our Anniversary. Staff were super attentive, hotel immaculately clean. We had a room overlooking the sea, without a balcony but with uninterrupted view. The hotel is situated right on the sea cliffs, next to were the old castle stood. We had dinner,bed and breakfast. The food was outstanding. Exceptional value for money. Practically Michelin star quality. There are 2 terraces overlooking the sea, one with a hot tub, drinks service and also a gym. Cannot fault this wonderful hotel. Have booked in again for 19th of this month and bringing friends to stay who are visiting us in Moraira because we were so impressed. Surely the best hotel in Benidorm. Most definitely a 4 star hotel. Looking forward to staying again.

Beautiful hotel nicely out of the way of the crowds. Stunning sea views and the hot tub on the roof is simply breathtaking. English breakfast a little plastic and awful sausages but continental amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. A touch of class!

Absolutely perfect location, and the views from the Seaview room balconies are stunning. Good breakfast, and always very polite, courteous and friendly staff. Definitely recommend a stay here, it's in the heart of the old town, but minutes away from the beach , and seconds away from the original Castle point (Where Benidorm was born).

Amazing. Could leave it at that really but if you really want to know... beautiful boutique hotel on the small headland next to the old town. It literally overhangs the sand giving stunning views to the north across Playa Llevant. Spotlessly clean, modern and fresh, amazingly professional and friendly staff, couldn't fault a thing. The hotel has a restaurant with a sea terrace, open to non-residents but with discounted prices for guests. Choice of breakfast, always delicious. Go for a room with a sea view, it's worth the extra. Beautiful room with large balcony, etc etc it's just a great place to stay. Oh and it has a roof terrace. With a jacuzzi. I know! So glad we chose this place.

A hidden gem just next to the church in the Old Town! The room had a sea view and large balcony with loungers. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous - offering cava, chocolates and fresh fruit salad for our birthday celebration. The only slight negative is the lack of parking, but given the unique nature of this hotel's location, the short stroll to their nearby multi-storey carpark is no problem. You certainly won't be walking there in the rain!

Spent 1 week at this hotel and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Perfectly placed ontop of cliffs with amazing views.
The hotel is immaculate throughout, rooms are cleaned every day and the staff are very attentive.
The food is very good and breakfast is served till 11am so no rush in the morning.
Situated in the old town it is a 2 minute walk from the beach, restaurants & shops.
Overall, this hotel is well worth a visit.

Lovely hotel, lovely sea view area for meals and drinks. We didn't have a room with a balcony but Street view next to a church which was lovely. Nice area a bit away from the hustle and bustle but pretty around nice bars and shops.

Can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff are helpful and friendly, the hotel and rooms are lovely and extremely clean. We had a room with a sea view terrace and the view was fantastic. Will definitely rebook again.

Modern, spotlessly clean hotel; our room, with a sea view and balcony, was spacious with coffee maker and the usual toiletries available. We didn't sample the food but service at reception and in the bar was helpful and attentive. Can easily recommend and we will be returning at some point in the future.

Had an amazing few days here. I would highly recommend you book a Seaview room. It's beautiful. The hotel is spotless clean, the staff are extremely friendly, the breakfasts are perfect, we can't wait to come back.

Beautiful hotel. The hotel and rooms all smell fantastic. Gorgeous rooms, perfect bed and bathrooms. Breakfast is beautiful, Carlos is amazing and so kind!! The best hotel in Benidorm, I will come back again!
