Compostela Hotel

This is a wonderful hotel, it is very clean, the staff are all very welcoming and genuinely friendly. The quality of bedding and towels are exemplary. This hotel is very much recommended, and is very good value for money. The hotel is located perfectly for enjoying all the city has to offer.

Following an extensive journey, my satisfaction with this hotel was unparalleled. My adventure took me hiking on the Camino de Santiago, and this establishment was undoubtedly among the city's finest accommodations. Its prime location provided effortless access to local cuisine, shopping, and most notably, the grand cathedral.

The hotel location is great with clean and spacious room.
If you forget to add breakfast is ok because you can pay at reception 7.5 euro and is wery diverse and worth it. Also there is a public underground parking near which is not expensive.
Our overall experience was a dream definitely recommend and will return.

Very kind and helpful people running the hotel. Well maintained charme of an defined time some decades ago with all modernisations done that make a good stay. Best location imaginable right between the historic part of the town will all the bars and restaurants and the modern area with the shopping amenities. We will always go back there.

Loved this hotel for comfort, cleanliness, value for money and location. Parking is tough as un any city but there is a great underground car park (pay) which exits right next to the hotel entrance. The old quarter with the cathedral starts 20 feet from the hotel. It is a great city for walking and eating.

Great hotel!
The staff are very nice and helpful, forgot my power converter and they told me they have a box full of them in the lobby that I can use.
The room was clean and well designed.
Only thing that bothered me was the noise from the heavy(!) room door. You can hear it from the other rooms which was annoying sometimes.
Breakfast was good and the location is great as well

The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to everything: cathedral, Alameda, the railway station. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is quite simple, but decent. I would stay again.

The location was perfect - in the historic district of Santiago very near the cathedral and the University of Santiago. The accommodations were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. It included a bidet. The staff was awesome.

Great hotel to spend our final night of the Camino for a bit of a treat. Good location, lovely facilities and great breakfast selection. The beds were comfy and rooms were lovely and quiet despite being on the square. Would stay again!

High class hotel close to the city center

Nice cosy hotel well situated close to entrance to Old Town. Modern clean bedroom & nice shower. Estefania in reception was really great with the group.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel in Santiago, within easy walking distance to cafés, restaurants and bars. Airport bus and taxiis on the doorstep.

Beautiful hotel in historic part of Santiago. Bedroom and bathroom were very nice. Staff is exceptionally helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Good hotel , central location but be sure to close the shutters as it can be noisy at night in facing onto the main street. very enjoyable breakfast.Will stay again

Very nice hotel in a perfect location! Ten minutes walking from old parts of the town and food places. Breakfast is a bit boring and made without passion.

It was our home away from home. My son and i spent 3 nights here and really our stay in this hotel complimented our travel in Satiago. So near to everywhere. I love Hotel Compostela.

Amazing hotel right in the centre of Santiago

Beautiful hotel. Great location and very friendly staff. Only 10 minute walk to the cathedral. Highly recommended.
