Villa Pepito

Potentially terrific villa with good accommodation for large number of people - 15. Pool potentially terrific too. However, whole place very poorly maintained with a few safety issues. Pool had broken tiles off and loose/broken ones just piled at poolside. (their attempts to stick tiles back on not ideal while water in). Much didn’t work when we got there: Like cookers (gas bottles empty - seems nobody checked), no gas lighters around (seems nobody checked), internet cables loose and very messy (seems nobody checked and cables needed sorted), a toaster didn’t work, microwave old and rusty, and showers only had two temperatures - very cold or very hot - no middle ground, so had to really watch the kids!. Boiler issues - no hot water in downstairs kitchen so difficult to wash dishes (had to boil a kettle). Agent tried her best and was very nice. Maintenance guy appeared on few occasions but didn’t fix much. Great holiday despite poorly maintained/presented villa ! Needs care. I can’t really recommend.
