Everything about this hotel was perfect from rooms, food, service, beach to the friendly staff….I had a really great experience and for sure would be visiting again soon. And special thanks to Mr. Ahmad and Ms. Rana from guests relations for their great hospitality as they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great venue for families with kids. Friendly staff with good food quality and variety. They have 2 heated pools and an indoor and infinity pool. The rooms got breathtaking views overlooking Marina and the Mediterranean.

Rixos Premium Alamein is a fantastic resort with beautiful rooms, great packages, and amazing amenities. They have different room types, including standard rooms, suites, and villas. The resort has multiple towers, and their beach and pools are absolutely stunning. The staff is known for being friendly and helpful. As for breakfast, they offer a delicious spread with a variety of options to choose from.

We just checked in and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Menna, the guest services supervisor. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure we had the perfect room. The experience is beyond amazing ! I highly recommend going to this hotel ! The service is Amazing from day one we entered- Special thanks to Miss Gihan was always happy to assist even before i reached the hotel , Mr Faramawy knew i was giving mum a treat and it was our first time ti visit he upgraded my room to a suite such a beautiful nice gesture from him 😊😊 thanks a-lot , Miss Merna helped us alot to finalize the check in process and kept us having our welcome drink sitting , the food ,beach and pools are amazing ,everything is classy and luxurious. Rooms are new ,spacious and have everything you wish for . The Room service is amazing .
The people are always welcoming , smiling and ready to assist you anytime :) definitely wont be the last time to visit :)

The hotel bed is amazing and luxurious. Mennat Samir and Gihan have been helpful and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff are very friendly. The view is very nice and all the food is very tasty. The hotel room was lovely but had small amount of damage, mostly scratches on the wood, and there was a terrible smell from the bathroom at one point but it was fixed. Would come again

The location of the place was the most unrepeatable thing as the place have one of the best beaches in all Egypt. If I would compare this beach with Maldives, I would rather choose the beach here for the crystal water and the clearness, the food was more than amazing. I would like to thank all of the culinary team for the great food and the best highlight of the was sohaila waleed the supervisor of the place 🤍

The hotel and staff are very nice and friendly. Very helpful. The beach is also very nice!! But there is nothing around the hotel. The place is still developing so maybe there will be more activities in a few years when things are built and running.

Absolutely amazing hotel! It actually didn’t feel like a hotel the staff made it feel like home. My stay was absolutely amazing it felt so good to relax after a long stressful year. Mena Hagag the manager was the absolute sweetest, she accommodated me and my family with all our needs and made my stay 100% better. It is a wonderful place. This is not my first experience with the Rixos group, but every time, every place is different and has a special character. The staff is wonderful as usual, and I would like to thank Miss Menna Hagag for everything There was a slight misunderstanding and she resolved it quickly and very nicely , She was very nice and helpful I can't wait to come back soon ,

Absolutely amazing hotel the staff is absolutely amazing! The manager Mena Hagag helped me a lot and accommodated all my needs. This is the best place to just go and unwind from all of life’s stress because you don’t just get an amazing view, beautiful beach and amazing pools but an amazing experience staff that makes your stay a million times better. The manager of the Guest relations team miss Suhaila were wonderful in assisting us in all our requests and we would like to extend our appreciation for her great efforts and help. Definitely coming back to this hotel in the summer period to meet her and to enjoy the facilities of Rixos premium Alamein.

A very nice experience
Horel employees are friendly and smiling most of the times
The life guard was very vigilant and attentive and immediately saved my 3 year old daughter who struggling for help in the swimming pool
The gym, spa, kids areas and swimming pools were very tidy and well taken care of
Cleanliness was at best
But its location is somehow fare that needs a lot of driving
