They don’t even deserve a star , it took more than 20 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge our existence with menus and then even more time to take our order. the service is so bad and the staff have a very bad attitude especially the manager his name is (mohamed) he refused to gave us his last name when we asked for it , very unprofessional, and even as a manager he kept telling us I don’t know what to tell you , it’s a shame that a well known establishment will lose it’s integrity due to poor management and unprofessional staff .. and that’s a picture for the manager who doesn’t even deserve this title. As for the food, one dish didn’t even come out as they forgot it so we ended up canceling it. We asked for an ashtray and it never came. We ordered the alfredo pasta without mushrooms and surprisingly it came WITH mushrooms. When we reminded them that we ordered without mushrooms, they seemed to be more annoyed. Mind you, we were a party of 4 and it was an experience that just made us leave even more frustrated than we were when we were hungry. Dont waste your time or money here.
